Good Morning...Happy Friday Eve!! Not too much planned today the regular work stuff. I may go to a concert on our green tonight with my daughter we'll see if she wants to when she gets home from camp. Weather is beautiful....will be low 80's and no humidity!

Well, the H&H conditions moderated a bit yesterday and it was almost pleasant.
Should continue to improve over the next several days, with not an overly large chance of rain.
(Nice relief!)

Weather sounds amazing!! It was almost 100 here earlier in the week. So ready for that weather in the fall! Wish we both could have played hooky!

I was telling you all about going to the trampoline park yesterday with my grandchildren. Here I am in mid air. What a heck of a workout, I was worn out when it was all over but ready to go back and play! Weeeeeeee!!! Ha ha!!!

Good evening,
Long, long, long day. We were in the car driving for over 8 hours today. I did 100% of the driving and I am exhausted. I will NEVER drive to the Bronx again, it was one of the worst driving experiences of my life. Getting out of the city it took us 2 hours to go 30 miles. We now know Southern Boulevard quite well. It took 4 hours to get there and over 4 hours to get home due to traffic, it is a 140 mile trip one way. We left before 7am this morning, and just got home at 930 tonight.
The zoo itself is huge, we didn't see everything. It was sooo crowded, people were walking into us, we couldn't get to see a lot of the animals. We did see a beautiful Polar bear that Louanne would have just adored. I will post pictures soon.

So the roadtrips are done for this vacation, we nearly did 500 miles of driving, tomorrow is a rest day.

I need to head to sleep, the drive has taken every ounce of energy out of me.

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I'm working a half-day today, then going to Savannah with Nancy for an appointment. I'm sure I'll have to go to the mall. I always have to go to the mall and stand around in Belk's or J.C. Penny's. Ugh. LOL

I went to Jim's shop for a little while yesterday. He's building a similar motor for another guy, but that guy has deeper pockets than I do. He bought some fancy alternator & A/C compressor brackets that I just can't afford. But, I bought some poster paper and traced the brackets. Now I'll get some scrap metal and cut my own brackets, then get them powdercoated. Lots cheaper!

The forum is no longer on Tapatalk---it's designed to work well in mobile browsers as well as on desktop browsers. So put a bookmark on your home screen in place of Tapatalk. It works well! If you run into any troubles using the forums on a mobile platform, let Jeff know.

We have one of those about an hour from us. My sister's youngest DD has had a couple of birthday parties there. I should be out there jumping with them, but I don't. I get worn out just watching them!

I listened to a little Christmas music on the way to work today. I needed a little pick-me-up.

We had a really nice time at dinner last night. It was good to see my BIL & SIL, I miss them a lot since they moved down to Florida. I almost thought I wasn't going to make it because I had another migraine but thankfully my meds kicked in and I pulled myself together. We had a great time.
I never made it to Hallmark yesterday to pick up my ornament up so I'm going to do that today. And my mother is coming over to visit this afternoon so I'm looking forward to that.
That's about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

I found that it helped to put a bookmark in my home screen where the Tapatalk icon used to be. Tap---direct access to MMC!

Listened to the re-broadcast of the Santa Tracking on Kringle Radio on the way to work---really enjoyed that, hearing the elf reporters and the Christmas music! And it looks like another beautiful summer day here, so I'm getting the best of both seasons.

Thinking especially of Made and his mom, and Gracie and her "mom."

It was a busy Wednesday. Work, gym, dinner, groceries, and now hopefully some sleep! Well, have a visit to the 'Pines, of course. Great seeing you all here! I'd like to say that everything will be a lot more calm tomorrow, but I am working overtime tomorrow and Saturday. I need the money!
