It's one of my faves too!

We both like the blonde & the Moweizen - so we will probably stick with those. The guy that owns the brewery is our neighbor, so we have to support him, right? We just got the Wally Post since it's seasonal & wont' be able to get it later on. Jim really liked it. We had other drinks, so I was good! Lol!

We are supposed to be in the low to mid 80's all through the middle of next week. I'm not sure about the humidity though! Hopefully that stays away.

She is kinda all over the place. Still pretty wobbly and fighting some bad headaches. None of the doctor's really agree on anything though so what do you do. More tests and doctor visits next week.

A growler is a re-fillable to go beer jug at micro breweries.

My sister has a growler for their A&W, and fills it up with root beer often =]

Thanks for the info! I would have to do root beer because I would be faced down on the floor if I tried to drink beer. Ha ha! If I went back over 25 years ago I could handle it, not anymore!!! I'm a wimp!

Hard to believe I didn't know this because my dad is retired from managing a beer company. Learn something new everyday!

Good evening,
Long, long, long day. We were in the car driving for over 8 hours today. I did 100% of the driving and I am exhausted. I will NEVER drive to the Bronx again, it was one of the worst driving experiences of my life. Getting out of the city it took us 2 hours to go 30 miles. We now know Southern Boulevard quite well. It took 4 hours to get there and over 4 hours to get home due to traffic, it is a 140 mile trip one way. We left before 7am this morning, and just got home at 930 tonight.
The zoo itself is huge, we didn't see everything. It was sooo crowded, people were walking into us, we couldn't get to see a lot of the animals. We did see a beautiful Polar bear that Louanne would have just adored. I will post pictures soon.

So the roadtrips are done for this vacation, we nearly did 500 miles of driving, tomorrow is a rest day.

I need to head to sleep, the drive has taken every ounce of energy out of me.

Good Morning...Happy Friday Eve!! Not too much planned today the regular work stuff. I may go to a concert on our green tonight with my daughter we'll see if she wants to when she gets home from camp. Weather is beautiful....will be low 80's and no humidity!
