Good Morning (now afternoon!) Friends.
Well, say now.
Weekend Eve. It's here again.
And so soon. Seems like it was just about this time last week.
Time sure flies fast when you're having fun.......or counting down.
Speaking of the latter:
Days to the Season: 112
Days to Christmas Day: 154
And the added bonus for today: We are down to just 12 days until the 100-day Season Window. That's practically SINGLE DIGITS!!
Then a double-digit Season count.
(Not possible -- just not possible. And yet.......it is!)
A bit cooler yesterday but thanks to a vigorous late morning rainstorm, still very humid.
Dry today? It's supposed to be.
And it commenced at 75 degrees some hours ago.
(Which leads to my apology for not posting this morning.)
Not enough sleep.
That's it.

Hi everyone! It has been ages since I've posted. I hope you are all well and life is treating you good! I now have 4 grandchildren and I couldn't be happier! I am gearing up for Christmas 2015! Well...I've actually been gearing up for it since January...hahaha! I started Christmas shopping back in March so I have a good haul right now. I've been listening to Christmas music since...well - I don't think I stoppedI love the new look of the site! It's made it even easier for me to post on my cell phone. Great job to those who were involved in setting this up! Wishing you all well and have a happy Christmas in July!

Mom is on her way back to the mountains, so our weekly Friday lunch is out today. I'm glad she has the chance to go as often as she does, but I must admit to a bit of jealousy.
Jacob's band has a gig tonight at Wild Wings Café, so that should be fun!

It's going to be another nice day, sunny with temperatures in the low 80's. No big plans, I'm just working on a menu plan and grocery list for next week. I'm not going food shopping until tomorrow but I'm going to try a new butcher today and get that over with. I have a couple of other errands to run and then I'll be working on some chores around the house. Maybe I'll find some time to hang out by the pool.
My two oldest found out they passed their state board exam so they now have their esthetician license. They're excited.
