Perfect weather each day!
A severe storm did in overnight Saturday, and we were without power for a couple of hours, but that usually happens at the cabin! I have lots of fun memories as a kid with that happening, so we just kind of joked around and told scary stories.
Mom, Shannon, and I went shopping and had a girls day on Saturday. Then we met up with dad and went out for dinner, came back and took HarlowE on her first boat ride! She loved it!

As my hubby Snow-in-Texas mentioned about wanting summer to be over with, we are going to stay in the triple digits this whole week with temps rising up to 105! He works in a warehouse with no AC and at my job the air conditioner has a very hard time keeping up since the building is over 80 years old. Bring on Autumn!

Hope you both can stay cool this week! Whew!

HeeHee, I haven't done any cleaning yet. My husband just asked, "are you just going to play all day?" and I responded with, "but O'Malley is sleeping and I don't want to disturb him."

HaHa I blamed it on the cat.

Not too much going on here today. I'm heading out soon, I have a couple of errands to run. My girls all have off today so we're going out to lunch and then we'll probably spend some time in the backyard by the pool. That's about it for me. Good Morning, MMC!!! It's going to be a little cooler today with a high of 86 predicted. I can't wait for the end of the week with highs in the 70's!! Hopefully that doesn't change between now and then like they have been known to do. I have some errands to run this morning and then a few things to do around the house this afternoon. He hopes to get a blessing from his doctors to travel, as he has a speaking engagement coming up next week.
