Here's the trick: Go to the bottom of the page, where you would type your reply. Underneath that box is a green button that says "Insert Quotes." Click that, and you'll get a pop-up with all the messages you quoted. You can choose to insert all of them, or delete any you decide not to insert. It will insert them all into the box where you type. Then you can just insert your replies between the quotes. Does that make any sense? Holler if you have further questions.

Thanks, I did that a few times, but couldn't remember what I was going to see - I guess I should have hit "expand" until I was finished the whole post.

No worries, too many workmates have wound up on FB as "friends" so I'm spending less time there because I see many of them regularly - FB is for the relatives and friends I don't have as much personal contact with and to keep up with the gals who are off enjoying their "motherhood" for the first or second time that way I can see the sweet baby photos.
I'd rather spend time here with the merry folk.

I had one of those (shame on me) moments when I ran into an old boyfriend from High School. My story is way better than his, plus he's bald (not that there's anything wrong with being bald, but you should've seen the shaggy mop he had in HS).

Then there was the time that I ran into a girl that annoyed me in HS and it brought back memories of how rude she was to my friends. We were both in the "Wiz-kid Row" in English and quite a few of my friends were in "barely passing" and "no man's land". She was a snob; she insulted their intelligence and so I did the only thing a could, I worked hard and took the seat in front of her by Christmas and by the end of the year I was 2 seats ahead of her. (Hmmm still a tad irked about that situation I guess, but I was polite when I bumped into her.

Two years ago, I ran into the sister of my first serious boyfriend when I was living in Toronto and I couldn't remember his name until I was chatting with another friend out front of the concert hall before I headed for the streetcar. I was thinking of marrying him and I couldn't even remember his name for 10 whole minutes.

Glad the way things turned out because I'm treated like royalty around here (well not by the cat); my husband and I are best friends and although people find it hard to believe, we've never had a heated argument or a fight after all these years. Caring, respect and gentle honesty has kept us well.

That's a beautiful thing!

I have seen that store here but never went. At first I thought they had Christmas trees and decor all year but heard different. I do need to check it out now that the fall season goodies are in!

Enjoy your movies!!!
Thank you! I'm also building my Christmas iTunes library---it's going to be so big, I don't think there will be space enough to sync it!!
Christmas Tree Shop does not have Christmas stuff year-round. It's seasonal decor plus bargain-basement items. Ours has an excellent health-and-beauty section---we can get stuff that the supermarket doesn't have, or less than the supermarket charges. It's also where I found the Mixmaster stand mixer for $50. And sometimes they have U.K. brands of tea at nice prices.

It's been a very nice day so far, hope yours is too!
Have a nice night MerryCarey!
Thank you! We're just reheating a little leftover pizza for a snack, and I think we'll watch some "Hee-Haw."

Mr. and I are the same. We once both worked in newspaper production, on an evening shift, but in different parts of the building. We used to meet and go out to eat dinner. Later we heard that one of Mr.'s co-workers said one evening, after we'd left: "Gee, they make a great couple … but isn't he married??" We got along so well, of course we couldn't have been husband and wife!

Good Saturday afternoon, my Christmas friends!

I'm feeling a little Christmassy today. I'm in the parking lot at Elizabeth's dance studio while she auditions for this year's Nutcracker Ballet! Fun, fun!!

I hope y'all have a great day!:D

I absolutely love going to local productions when youth are on stage - I especially enjoy it at Christmas. Went the musical of Ebenezer that was good. Way back, I saw the Nutcracker on stage in a huge venue.

Someone's having a birthday party in the neighborhood---I'm not used to noise around here! (How do I know it's a birthday party? A very loud rendition of "Happy Birthday"!)
I think I'll get a glass of iced tea and rip some CDs into my digital music archive.

Did you tell them that they needed to pay royalties to sing Happy Birthday, that usually quiets folks down - haha.

I just overheard the relative of a neighbor asking if he could park his RV at the end of the road. Thankfully "no" was the reply because that was a large vehicle and several people were occupying it and I really need to get some sleep tonight. I live on a dead end street. I'm sure they've settled for the lot at Walmart.
Oh dear, maybe they all went out for ice cream or a late dinner and they're coming back - pretty sure I heard "no". The RV is gone, but more voices continue so I guess there's a family celebration going on so I'll just "roll with it". Maybe they'll get scared off by the skunk that's been hanging around for the last week. I'm so bad.

We have a cool front coming in this Thursday, only 98 degrees! :D

How is everyone today? We have some errands to run but not sure what else we will do.
I hope you didn't have to turn your heat on with temps that low. ;)

Man, I can't believe we are under 100 days until the season....whose in for the countdown that night? I can't wait. That is one of my favorite times of the year here! I'm getting so excited. We have been planning Bambina's bday and talking about Christmas for the girls. Such an exciting time.

Have y'all started doing any Christmas related stuff? Bambina might have her first sleep over at her Nana's house, so I'm going to try to talk Doc into going to Hobby Lobby and looking at what they have out. She might not want to, but I sure am hopeful

Y'all have a great day!
I plan to be here for the countdown to the season that night.
I hope you got some Hobby Lobby time today.

Speaking of decorations, I just got a magazine in the mail called KP Creek Gifts - I think it's stuff you would really like - stuff reasonably priced too! Check them out!
I really like the beaded tinsel garland, looks very vintage.

It is getting exciting to see the little bits of Christmas popping up more and more now. Even my wife is starting to point it out.
Good luck to Elizabeth in the auditions.

I should have done that … they WERE broadcasting!
Happily, we noticed around 9:15 that the noise had stopped and the cars (there must have been a dozen cars parked along the street earlier) were gone.

What do skunks like to eat? Maybe a little of that scattered around near where the voices are …
