Thank you! I slept well, but only got about six hours due to getting home late. I got to leave at 5:30 today, but the work kicked the stuffin's out of me today. Tomorrow looks the same, and we're both slated to work all day Sunday. The pace is wearing on me, but on the other hand, at least they need me!

Well, guess what my Christmas friends!?!? My hubby got a call from Gracie's specialist this morning & all of Gracie's levels are back to .... NORMAL!!! .... YAY! YIPPEE!! YAHOO!!! #sohappy

She isn't going to change a thing as far as her meds & her special food - at least not for now!!

My female co-workers and I are freezing again today! I know a few of us have touched on this before.
Our wing is set at 68 degrees! And it just keeps running. Brrrrr!
We keep changing it to 74 degrees when the guys leave their offices, but then they change it back.
We are all wearing sweaters, and running space heaters at this point!

I hear ya ... I try to go outside at lunchtime to warm up!
When I got ready to leave the office today, someone said "Why are you taking off your jacket? Are you staying late again?" I said no, I was taking off my jacket because I wouldn't need it outside!

Thankfully our windows are open today, but I feel your pain. Ours is normally set on 72, but it's actually 4º cooler than what it says it is...and I'm right under the air vent!

I hope your sweaters & space heaters keep you warmer!!

Good evening, friends! As most of you know from earlier post, Ella will be having her surgery tomorrow morning. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I'll be a basket case going to work tonight, especially if I'm not able to make it home in time to take her there. I'm trying to stud optimistic, but until I know, it's just hard.

Hope you're all having a great Friday Eve! It's going to be a great weekend and tomorrow is 24 hours of CIA on QVC!

Heck, it could happen. We're in the era of USB-powered mug-warmers, after all. Someone must soon figure out a way for computers to keep office-frozen workers warm!
That makes me think back a couple of years … someone at our office made a tiny fireplace; where the fire would be was just the size of his iPhone screen, so he could run a fireplace app on his iPhone, fit it into the fireplace, and it was charming to see an "actual" fire in miniature! Wish I could buy one!
