Hello christmas friends...I am asking for a bit of help here my wife is going to New York next March with some of here female friends and asking what christmas shops do you guys Recommend as she says i can get any christmas Ornament i want...so pretty please what shops sell the most amazing christmas decorations/ornaments/Animated..much appreciated.

We don't have any major plans. Just hanging out at the lake. We have some little things planned - tonight is appetizer night! (I made stuffed mushrooms) All the guys are going to the moose for the big drawing & us girls are going to hang out at the landing & have drinks & snacks. Our neighbors have one of those big chest coolers on legs/wheels, so everybody brings their favorite drink & we throw them all together in the cooler & that way we can try different things! I'm also making sandwiches in the crock pot if the guys want something when they get back. My hubby is driving UPS tomorrow morning. Boooo! We are having a wine tasting at the marina sometime over the weekend. Sunday our friend & my future nephews band is playing at a bar across the lake. I love listening to them, but it will be an absolute ZOO! And there isn't enough boat parking. So we may or may not go there! Monday night we are watching the Buckeyes on the big screen at the lake....hence the reason I took Tuesday off! A nice long weekend! (Hopefully nice!)

Have you heard anything from Adi if he will be around home this weekend, or are you waiting on test results? It's probably hard for you to make plans?

Hallmark has beautiful (and some animated) Keepsake Ornaments.

Adi is at home, he didn't end up making the trip yesterday. His sister was busy with the doctors and keeping him calm- by the time she could take a break & call, it was already late & Ken was sleeping. He'll probably go up today or this weekend, depending on what the test results tell us. Hopefully we hear something soon. If he goes to Madison, I will probably head to my folks.

Good Morning MMC!! Happy Friday!! Today I'll be traveling to my husband's parents house for a two day stay with them with my husband. We're hoping to spend all day tomorrow watching football and enjoying fall!! We'll see what happens. I work a job where I don't get any days off unless I take personal time off (which I get 13 days of a year)--the residents at the retirement community need us to work even on Labor Day! So, I'll be working, but still enjoying that fall is going to unofficially be here and we can celebrate that!

was all set to answer a bunch of posts last night, had them all lined up and everything, then bam, this machine is off and my answers forever lost somewhere out there in cyber space. So know that I tried and I at least read and caught up and was thinking about you all.
I have the next 4 days off so hoping to get caught up on things around here. I see the ornament exchange is open for this year, so exciting !
Just took a batch of cupcakes out of the oven and took the sourdough starter out of the fridge so it is ready for baking tomorrow.

The heat and humidity are back for the time being as Mother Nature sees to it we don't get too smug. Summer is not quite over yet!

I was meant to be sorting my house out today, moving funiture around making up flatpacks etc as we have not long moved in but so far all ive spent my day doing is watching peppa pig christmas specials with my little one and been searching for a tv bracket as i have learnt having a tv on a stand with a one year old isnt a good idea.... Finger prints galore!

I don't know about you all but I'm so looking forward to this long holiday weekend. My girls will once again be visiting their dad in upstate NY. I'm glad his weekend falls on this weekend because i agreed to let them stay an extra day so that will give them all a little more time to spend together and i get a little extra time to myself to recharge.

I don't have much in the way of plans, i was invited to attend a jazz festival in the park on Saturday but i haven't made up my mind yet as to whether or not I'll be going. Part of me likes the idea of not really doing much or coming and
going according to my own schedule.

I do hope that everyone has a great weekend doing whatever you want.

I hope the girls have fun with their dad and that you enjoy your quiet weekend!!
