Good Morning, New Weekers!

It's good to be back home after a nice weekend visit with my niece in Charlotte.
Got to see alot of the city and eat out at some nice restaurants.

And let me preface it with a heartfelt "Thank You!" and a tip of the Santa hat to DYHWIH for stepping up once again to handle count duties in my absence yesterday morning.

Days to the Season: 60 (under 2 months!)
Days to Christmas Day: 102 (The 100-day Window is the day after tomorrow!)

(Have mercy, Father Time. Things are just starting to move too quickly!)



Real good weather over the weekend for our trip, with what little rain there was falling at convenient times.
It was still warm and Summer-like on Saturday, but yesterday saw a shocking reduction in both temperatures and humidity. It was in the low 60's yesterday morning, and with a breeze blowing, it almost felt too cool!
This morning, we are seeing a continuation of the lowered humidity and our thermometer stands at a relatively chilly 54 degrees.

Speaking of wine - I had a coupon for 20% off a case of wine at a local winery & they just happened to come out with my favorite Christmas wine again...so guess where we went this weekend!

Oh… The highlight of my day I drove through Starbucks and had one of those spiced pumpkin latte's, it was fabulous!

another day of work done, off to my TOPS meeting in a little while. I would stay home but I am the leader so I guess I better show up !
Taking my girls to see An Evening with Colin Mochrie & Brad Sherwood tonight at the festival theatre. By taking I mean dropping them off and picking them up again later. Colin is staying at the hotel my eldest works at , she is so excited.

Very Nice. Last night at the grocery store, I picked up the last package of Thomas's Limited edition pumpkin spiced bagels from off the shelf. I have not had one yet, but I sure am looking forward to a hot cup of coffee and a pumpkin spiced bagel tomorrow morning~

Such beautiful weather here in Maryland for yesterday and today; it's cooler (about 72 degrees), sunny and breezy. And the best part? I get off work at 3:00 so I can go home and enjoy it! Woohoo!

It's great isn't it! Better yet, how about the temperature this morning, very nice!!!! It was a wonderful 56 degrees in comparison to that 92 degrees we had last week. That will knock those bugs down a bit......
