Yes! I'm not typically too squeamish around spiders, unless they're large or potentially poisonous/toxic. With that being said, I saw the largest spider I've ever seen yesterday....and it was felt, as well-crawling on my head while I was driving on the highway :(
I had just left Ken's house, and just started driving (1/2 mile down the road) and I felt something crawling on the side of my head. I thought maybe a lady bug/beetle, etc. Nope....
I flipped out!! And screamed the most blood curdling scream I could muster up. I was doing 60 mph, so all I could do was throw my hair all about, and I could still see it getting closer to my face. I pulled over to the side of the highway, and jumped out. I must've looked like a crazed lunatic, either that or I decided to pull over to do some head banging. It was terrifying! I pulled myself together, not knowing where the spider was (under my clothes? on my back?), and pulled onto a less dangerous county road, and called Adrian to come help me. He checked my hair, car, and clothing. We couldn't find it. :confused:Talk about the longest drive home (85 miles), I kept thinking it was crawling on me. I was shaking, lol. It could still be in my car, for all I know. I did leave my windows cracked, hoping it would crawl out if so. It took up a large amount of space on the side of my head, it had long legs, thick, furry. No exaggeration. I believe it is either a fishing spider, or wolf spider.

Oh golly! That thing's big enough to put a leash on and call it a pet!

I just got off the land-line to negotiate the bill I received as it is not at all what I was quoted when I purchased both phones. I figured, the first month had extra costs for signing up and a bit to pay over time for the phones, but I saw the bill for this month and was shocked it hadn't dropped much. There's nothing they can do about the quote or misunderstanding I received "in-store" so I reduced my data usage from 6 G down to 1 G a month. Doubt I'll use that much between the two phones anyway - my husband hasn't even used his yet.
I had a dream lastnight that I lost my phone in a snow bank - that was pretty spooky, the further I reached into the hole, the deeper the snow became and I could feel the chill up to my shoulder. Whew! Just a dream. Then this morning, I'm talking billing - thank goodness it wasn't a damaged phone I was calling about.

That's scary, Auntie. Glad that you were able to lower your data to save money. I really wish there were a way I could have salvaged my phone, but there was no way. It would have cost more to fix than a new phone. I am usually very careful with my phones. I'll have to be more careful now.

Thanks so much for taking over the count yesterday!! I hope you & Kim had a great weekend!!

Thanks, Holiday! I always have a great time taking over the count. It's an honour, really. We had an enjoyable weekend. Hopefully you also had one that was wonderful!

OMGosh!!!! YES, I would freak out!!! But oh SF, to have witnessed that all go down!!! :ornarment :D (I would have got the spider for you - I may have had to hit you in the head with my shoe to get it, but I would have got it!!) LOL! YUCK! I'm glad you didn't get bit & I hope he's gone....and I hope you don't have nightmares!!! (I probably would) UGH
Ha ha ha! I'm sure it was very comical to others!
....but not so funny when it's happening to you :p
That's what I was trying to avoid, I wanted it away from my face! Ugh!
I did have nightmares last night, lol. Truth.

Looks rather like a huntsman spider. Quite harmless but scary. We used to get them from time to time when we lived in Florida.
If it was quiet, you could hear them run across the wall. That's what used to really creep me out!

I know, it's rather ironic! Especially since I was teasing others that they're just there to decorate for Halloween! Shame on me =]

Adi's family lives out in the country, with adjacent farmland and woods. There were so many cars at the house to help prepare for the rummage sale, and the driveway was completely taken up with the tables, that we had to park on the lawn, under the trees. I bet it fell on me or my car, and got on me that way. Because, just moments before, I had hugged many family members when saying goodbye, the last one was my 8 year old niece, Delaney, and she would've flipped out if she had seen it!

Thank you, me too!

I'm with ladybugkisses - you get the "better than me" award"!!! I am not shocked you had nightmares. YUCK!!!!!!
