I use spenda every day! I actually like it better than sugar. LOL! I hope your apt goes well tomorrow!

I used Splenda for a long time, then I got on a "natural" kick with Nancy. Of course, sugar is difficult to use while trying to maintain a healthy weight. I finally started buying sugar cubes. They help me keep consumption down by being a consistent measurement. One cube per cup of coffee, no more. It's working so far...except today.

I used to let occasionally keep my son out of school so we could do special things together. I bet she will remember yesterday much longer she would anything they covered in school.Hello everyone. I was off work today and took my daughter to see Disney on Ice. It was Frozen this year, and I had never seen so many little girls in either Frozen princess dresses or, as in the case of my daughter and countless others, Frozen t-shirts. I had also never heard that many little girls sing "Let It Go" at the top of their lungs and in unison.The children all went crazy when Olaf the Snowman finally made his appearance; you would have thought Elvis walked out on that stage!
But it was so good to spend the day with her! I kept her out of school for it. My son had the chance but told me he'd rather be at school than at Frozen any day of the week!

That's my problem...when I use sugar, I want to use tooooo much!!! I'm glad you found a solution! I try to avoid aspartame....except in an occasional diet pepsi! I do like the Pepsi One, which is made with Splenda. (I know it's not as good as stevia, but supposedly better than aspartame...who really knows?? LOL)

I started decorating for fall at lunch! I just brought everything down from the attic (It was WARM in the attic) & I hung the wreath on the door & fireplace. But everything else is at least down & ready to be put out....after I get everything dusted & all my other goodies put away. It's bittersweet b/c there are some things I don't want to take down (things people gave us when Dad passed away or my brother Mike) but I just don't have room for it all! I know once it's down, it will be put away until January sometime! It will be ok though ~ I'll be happy once the decorating is all done! (I hope!) I'm excited for lights in the room again!!

My go-to soft drink is Diet Pepsi. I just don't like Diet Coke. But Pepsi is quitting aspartame, so I'm concerned about how it will taste. We'll see!
