Haven't had a chance to stop in the last few days because I've been busy and tired. The rainy weather, an ENTIRE week without the sun and now flooding, has me pretty low energy. A few days of this is wonderful and good sweater weather. An entire week? Not good.

Lots of cleaning to do around the house. Husband is having some friends over tonight but the place is a mess. He says he's going to come home and help before they come, which is good. I don't really have the energy to get it all done today.

I think it's time for some chamomile tea. Any takers for tea time with me??

Well considering we have literally probably 10 of them within a 5 mile radius of me I'm pretty sure they won't all close. I actually never go in to one that doesn't have somebody ordering something if not a line. Surprised to even see any closing with the business they do.

Thank goodness it's Friday! The rain here has been everlasting, but it's very good for the watershed so I'm happy to see it. I think I'll swim over to BJ's after work and get some rainy weekend supplies; hot chocolate, stuff to make comfort casseroles, and maybe some apple cider to mull. Then I can drink cider and sit around and look at my Halloween stuff while enjoying a cozy blanket. Yay for the weekend!

How is your day? I am just making dinner. It was my eldest son's harvest celebration today. I can't believe it's come and gone! They performed some songs and a little play.

After a very busy week I am looking forward to a lazy evening and saturday. I'll be at work on Sunday.

Good morning, everyone!

It's Friday! We're about a half day away from the first weekend of October. I'm back at Russell today. It's a great day to be here, too. It is pyjama day, so I can be comfy in pyjama pants and a t-shirt all day. There was also a pancake breakfast this morning. Good stuff!

This morning was similar to yesterday. Temperatures were barely above the freezing mark. The wind still remains. I don't think it is going anywhere until Sunday. I suspect it will make my morning trail run and afternoon golfing a little more difficult tomorrow.

It is great to see that Christmas is blossoming before our very eyes. The Blossoms thread has been wonderful thus far. I look forward to seeing even more people participate and show some magical signs from your area!

Well, it's almost time for lunch here... and I have cafeteria duty. Darn. Have a great Friday afternoon, everyone!

We had pajama day and pancakes at the preschool last year, so much fun! Enjoy the rest of the day Brent and have a great weekend!

Hello everyone. Here in Wisconsin it's beginning to feel like fall and look that way. It gets me very amped up for the Christmas season. Brisk cold nights in the 30's bring the smell of winter and the Christmas season with it. I love that smell. Happy Friday everyone.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time with Maggie taking pills! The only thing that seems to work for my chihuahuas is hot dogs, cut up in a small piece of course! Praying you can solve the problem soon!

I got her to take the pill pockets this afternoon when my daughter came home. For some reason she nervous eats so I had my daughter ring the doorbell over and over as I stuck them in her mouth, lol. She's supposed to take these pills three times a day, it's a lot!

I wish I played golf. The only golf I ever played had a clown in it and a few windmills.

Lol. My husband and I played mini golf on our first date.
