Christmas Countdown - 2015

[Holiday]

Good Afternoon MMC !!

Busy morning here with errands to run and a dentist appointment for my son. Now we are cooking up several dishes for freezer. Also baking some sourdough bread as soon as it has fully risen.
This is my only day off paid work this week, also have a cake to make for pick up on Saturday. Meeting late this afternoon. After that I can actually do nothing for the rest of the evening. Think I will watch a movie with my son and crochet.

Awe! What a little pumpkin! Gracie was all bummed this morning - same as every Monday morning when she see's her papa in his brown uniform. LOL

I work 3 miles from home, so I go home for lunch every day to feed my Gracie girl & give her medicine. I normally bring lunch back with me from home - we eat a late supper, so I don't like to eat lunch too early, or I'll have to snack or starve before supper time!

Nice. I work about 7 miles from home but I get a shorter lunch (well I'm supposed to at least but I extend it) so I take lunch with me. I eat a late lunch too around 2PM, makes for a shorter afternoon when I come back for lunch.

Not sure why (well partially I know why because Mondays are usually a busy day for me at work), but Mondays always seem to go faster than the other 4 days. Just about time to go home.

Good evening all. Left work halfway through today with feeling sick and achy, but resting has helped level things out so far. Hopeful that with a good night's rest, I'll be able to make it through work tomorrow!

You all are the most supportive group around! THANK YOU for all the get well wishes. Thinking of all of you and the things going on in your lives tonight. It's hard to keep up on here these days, but I'm doing my best to keep up, even if I don't post.

What a glorious time of year as we keep the Christmas spirit alive in our hearts and more and more catch that holiday spirit as the home stretch comes into view...

Had another day off, and spent it doing more DJ work, after taking care of some household errands. I'm shooting for 3 hours on Kringle Radio during the Santa Tracking programming; two hours are almost ready to go, and I started the third today. Back to work tomorrow, but for a short week ... more on that later. Having time off to spend after having so little is spoiling me!
