I didn't watch them, I got brave and was watching Poltergeist on ABCFamily (such a great family movie) then I remembered that my Bruins were on tonight. They are leading 3-1 with less than 5 minutes to go.Xmas365, the first Hallnark Christmas movie is tonight at 8:00 CST, and it's The Christmas Secret on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries... Love that one!
The next one is 9:00 CST, tonight, A Boyfriend For Christmas, on Hallmark.
It was actually the ukulele George loved to play. He did not play it while recording Beatles songs, he just loved to play it on his off time and even gave some to friends to learn to play, gave one to Paul too! Paul plays it at every concert I have been to during the opening of the song, Something. George might have recorded solo with it, not sure on that. He played the sitar too and did record some Beatles songs with that. It is possible he could have played the instrument you mentioned and who knows, maybe the banjo!

Looking forward to the Today Show Halloween Costume reveal! I try to watch it every year. For those who don't watch it they surprise the audience with a Halloween costume theme that the whole cast dress up in. One year it was a Star Wars theme, last year Saturday Night Live theme and so on. Hubby was guessing maybe they will do the Peanuts theme this year and I sure hope so!!! I guess we will find out soon! They will reveal it in less than an hour. I believe Good Morning America does the same thing but I watch the Today Show every year. Either way, both do a good job! =)

The kids won the region with their One-Act Play! They were so excited! And Elizabeth won Most Outstanding Actor! And Jacob was complimented profusely for his banjo playing. My goodness, these kids and their extracurriculars LOL. It was interesting to see the plays acted out by the other schools, too, but ours was the obvious choice, if I do say so myself.
Now we go on to state on November 18...two days before Nutcracker starts. It'll be held far enough away that we'll have to stay overnight, so Elizabeth will probably miss a dress rehearsal for the ballet. I hope they don't mind too much!
I'm doing it again, but...I'M PROUD OF MY KIDS!

Yeah it was on last night as you said in a future post...do you have it on dvd? I am glad they put it on twice this October. But I am not gonna give up on watching Halloween shows November 1. I watch them up till basically Thanksgiving (while at the same time I'm starting my Christmas shows November 1 also).

Good afternoon friends!! Well, my plans have changed for today. We got really good news on my SIL - there are no malignant cells in her heart fluid....BUT she doesn't want visitors today. (She's REALLY funny about that, but that's a whole nother store for another day....) Anyway, my day freed up, so I'm getting ready to head towards the lake soon. Bring all our stuff out there. Drop Gracie off. Head to the grocery & then help with the move!
I wanted to post the pic below tomorrow but since we don't have internet at the lake, I will send our Halloween wishes now!
