You will not believe the kind of day I am having. So many mishaps one after the next and to top it all off as I was about to put dinner on, the cooker isn't working!!!!!!!!! It has something to do with the install of the new heating yesterday. It is a gas cooker so they obviously missed a step when doing whatever.
With the disruption yesterday, we had take out for dinner as the house was in mess so tonight was the first time using it the cooker. It shouldn't have affected the cooker but something has obviously gone terribly wrong!!
So it's take out again tonight - Pizza !
I will try my best and catch up with posts later. I have not even had time to read Brent's special post today!!! Hope everyone is having an easier day than me ! LOL!

I've had an account in this forum for so much time but have not written a lot, just enjoyed reading you guys! Well, i'm actually thrilled with the season so close, where I live we start summer vacations (Southern hemisphere) by the start of December, so it's amazing it is so close to Christmas. Also it's my birthay on the 18th of December so I freakin love that month!
Can't wait to end my exams and just start my classic Christmas season!

Reminds me of having no hot water for a day or two after they replaced our water heater in October. They just don't pay attention, and leave something un-done!

Had to take my van into the ford dealership this morning which is why I could not be here sooner. It got recalled for a defect in the rear axle. They inspected it and found a hole about the size of a dot, so recommended it be replaced. Would only cost me $300 which is my share of the cost.
hmmmm, factory defect but I have to pay....is something wrong with that thinking or is it just me?
Anyway, back to the really important stuff...working on the model for my gingerbread house for this year competition.

I bet you did ~ I would have done the same thing! Sorry she had to endure the storms though. Poor girl! It was her night to celebrate!I did!!
We shared some snacks and hung out on the couch! (it was thunders storming outside, and she was nervous)

I got pork chops out at lunch - for supper...going to try a new pork chop & scallop potato recipe from Taste Of Home & hopefully not leave the house once I get home from work! I need to stop at my Moms on my way home though....but that's always a good stop!
