Good morning MMC! Happy Hump/Pines Day! Not much going on here today at work....after work I'll be back at the decorating! I decorated until I almost couldn't walk up or down the steps ONE.MORE. TIME. last night. Ha ha!!

Today would be my Dad's 88th birthday...but instead it's his 1st heavenly birthday! We miss him everyday but especially thinking of him today!

Good Wednesday Morning MMC! Here we go another December day and listening to Christmas music this morning was nice. I also am loving the lights around my neighborhood for my morning run. There's this giant tree in someone's yard that they lit like a Christmas tree. It's got to be about 20-25 feet tall. Unreal how amazing it looks. Makes me want to run slower in the morning so I can look at it more (that and also being tired at 5:30 AM helps).

Good Morning, and WOW, Folks!
Just look how close we are getting to being a full month into Christmas Season 2015!

But our count goes on, as today's number indicates:
Days to Christmas Day: 16
Christmas Day -- two weeks from the day after tomorrow -- be here!


The weather just keeps getting warmer and warmer and, save for a brief sprinkle or two, it's been dry and sunny. Low 70's are now predicted for Saturday and Sunday.
(I could get used to this, seasonal or not!)
Right now, we stand at 42 degrees here, with a fairly dense fog.

Evening everyone. I hope you're having a good day. Just watching Charming Christmas and doing some online browsing and menu planning. Are you guys all done with shopping? I am mostly there but still have a few things to get. Hope I can wrap things up by next week!

I have a lot of it done, but plenty to do yet. I think I should be able to mostly finish up online/amazon! NOTHING wrapped yet. LOL

Good evening MMC...we had to go shopping for shoes for my almost 13 y/o daughter for her semi-formal dance on Friday. Finally found some in the 5th store we went to. She has the tiniest feet so it took forever! Now I am just relaxing surrounded by all my Christmas lights. So cozy! Hope everyone had a good day and evening! View attachment 17152

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had Mama's homemade spaghetti...that's always worth bragging about!

We're trying to plan our office Christmas party, and it's difficult to get everyone to agree on a date. We're planning a get-together at the office manager's house, instead of the usual restaurant in Savannah. She lives pretty close to my house, so it's close for me. And we're having an oyster roast! I likes me some steamed oysters!

We got it! My husband brought it home this evening. We've been looking through the boxes, I love it all. It's the Dickens Village Series from Dept. 56. We ended up getting 18 buildings and 22 accessory pieces. I'm off to a pretty good start! Not sure where it's going yet but I'll post pictures after it's set up!

Wow ~ Congrats! Were you able to sleep last night with all the excitement!?!?Looking forward to seeing pictures!
