Good to see him though! And seeing him makes us realize we're kind of on the "other side" of the year and making progress on our way back to the big guy being around again!Looking a little lonely there, fellow.
But let's face it. You just don't have the panache of the big guy!
No. It's still not the same.
But sir Easter Bunny's arrival at the mall this weekend at least indicates we have passed to yet another season on our journey back to Christmas!

Morning! Our sun has disappeared. Not much of it yesterday or today or Monday or Tuesday coming up. I don't like when it's dreary too many days in a row but that happens this time of year sometimes. Just got some errands to do and homework. Starting to think about April already and all the fun things coming in that month. Hope you're all having a great Sunday!

Good Milestone Morning, Friends!
Yes, indeedy. Today is a Milestone Day, Folks.
And the fact is, we have now completed the ENTIRE FIRST QUARTER of our trip back to Christmas Day!
Days to the Season: 232
Days to Christmas Day: 274
Now, onward to our next pair of Milestone markers which are BACK-TO-BACK.
(Details on this once-a-year event are pending for tomorrow, after the dust has settled.)
Nice, warm and mid-Spring like here yesterday, with plenty of sun, gentle breezes and no precipitation of any variety.
Today should be another nice one and it has launched at 58 degrees here in the capital city of North Carolina, who's team, the UNC Tar Heels, plays this evening for a spot in the NCAA Final Four!

Good Morning ... expected to be overcast with a chance of showers and much cooler today. Making a new cookie later today that I am debating if I want to add to my Christmas Cookie Baking List. Speaking of Christmas last night one of the Starz Cable channel was showing Christmas Movies. My son and I curled up on the couch and watched Miracle on 34 Street (the newer version) and Jingle All the Way. He was so tired by the time we were mid way through Jingle all the Way but he was determined to stay awake and finish watching it and he did LOL

Morning MMC! Happy Last Week of March! Hard to believe when we hit the weekend we'll be turning the page from March to APRIL. Wow. That's some serious fast months going by so far this year. But for today just a regular day at work and then a regular evening at home. That ain't so bad for a Monday. It would be nice to see the sun again because we didn't see much this weekend of it and we won't until Wednesday! Have a great day!
Good morning Festive. I hope your Mother's day was a pleasant one for you. Spring it rearing up here in SD as well and I have been raking up all the dead grass from last year and getting ready to reseed and fertilize the lawn for 2017. Currently 39 here, but the temps will rise and get between the upper 40's to mid 50's.Good Morning and Happy Saturday.
After some rough weather recently, it looks as though spring has sprung. Beautiful bright morning even if very cold. It is supposed to get up to 57 today and tomorrow!!! Spring always feels like to start to all things
It is mother's day here in the UK tomorrow so i have the weekend off. I will be enjoying the beautiful weather and family time.

Greetings you Jets enthusiast. One more month nearly gone and that means I will shortly be under the three year mark for retirement. OK, I might not, but it's the thought that counts right now. This is the second day of my three days off and since I do have another, might as well be useful today and get a few yard chores done. Have a great week pal, it's "first and goal"!
Happy Monday Martine. Sorry you had to work yesterday. One of the down sides of working mid-shifts is that when you have a really nice day, you still have to sleep through much of it.
