I've kinda been enjoying the brisk air this week in the northeast. It has reminded me of my favorite Fall season. I'm not wishing Summer away, but the little Fall feel has been kinda nice.

Day off has come and went too fast, had my physical today, healthy as a horse...Clydesdale. The Bruins lost again tonight, they could be eliminated Friday night. Looking forward to having this weekend off, just 2 days to go.

Morning MMC! Happy Thursday or should I say Friday Eve? Another very busy day at work yesterday. Definitely tired by the end of the day and then I come home and Rollins is ready to play...24/7. Looks like we will see some showers again tonight as we saw last night. April Showers bring May Flowers right? Have a great day!

Happy Thursday!
It's going to be mostly cloudy today with scattered showers, high of 62 degrees. Not too much going on here. I just have to run to the bank this morning and I'm going to stop at the health food store as well to pick up a few things. Other than that I will be working on some chores around the house. Two of the girls rooms desperately need to be tidied up, I'm going to help them make some progress today. I used to just do it myself when they were younger, I can't get away with that anymore!

And no chart reference is needed to discern that the 200-day Season Window is now exactly ONE WEEK away!
The 1/3 Christmas Day marker? Well, that's even closer -- just SIX days off!
(Better start preparing yourselves for all the excitement coming your way here next week!)
Coolish, but still not bad for April yesterday, where we did not get out of the 60's. It was cloudy but we got nothing more that a brief sprinkle or two.
Today should be much warmer, and we could move up into the mid-80's by this afternoon.
Currently, we awake to 61 degrees here in our region of the great MMC Nation.
Have a Thrilling Thursday, you Magnificent MMC'ers, you.
It will be Weekend Eve again before you know it -- like tomorrow!

Morning beautiful ones! I hope you all have an awesome day. It's rainy and cold here and my bones ache but it's the harsher weather that makes me feel the most alive.

We had a couple rain showers come through this morning, but right now it's beautiful outside. Supposed to have a high of 80 today with storms later. High of 58 tomorrow! Brrrr! Lol!
Emma & I got the garden planted after work yesterday. The only thing we didn't get in was the red beets. I told my sister we would save those for her!
(She likes to help plant but wasn't able to be there yesterday - & she's the one who eats the red beets) Anyway, I'm glad that's in! It's nice to sweat while planting garden rather than freezing your fingers, which is normally what happens!

I thought of you and Rollins when we were watching a movie the other night (High Flyers, Wheeler & Woolsey, 1937). The movie took place at a rich mansion where items of value kept disappearing, including a box with $1 million worth of diamonds. The culprit turned out to be a Boston terrier named Squeaky. He'd grab an item when someone turned their back and bury it in the garden. I thought, yep, Rollins would do something like that ... When Squeaky was revealed as the "thief," everyone grabbed shovels and dug up the entire garden looking for the diamonds.
I like that attitude!
Our paper chain is getting shorter in the playroom. I hung it from the icycle lights on the roof and its now off of 1 wall.Crazy how fast time is flying! I was happy to change my countdown board at home from 250 to 249 this morning!!!
