Well it is Monday. The weather was really nice again today, but it is getting cloudy.
My wife and I went shopping for raised planters for our garden area, and of course what we saw back in the winter, well, they are no longer available. Walmart carries them, but about $20 more than we saw before. So, we are not sure if we are going to stick with that plan or try something a little different.
Hope you can find something! Does Menards/Lowes/Home Depot have anything? Or online? Good luck!!!
Have a great day ITP!

Happy Rudolph Day, friends, In the middle of travel for work. Get to go home tomorrow around 11:00. Back into town and work on Wednesday....then hit the road Wednesday night until Friday afternoon.

Was going to eat tonight and some Christmas music popped up on my iPhone. Brought a smile to my face....

Got some storms this week...they are already talking bout late in the week and how dangerous it might be....that is nothing to look forward to....

Y'all have a great night. A little reading, NBA basketball, and then bed....

Safe travels!!!

Happy Rudolph Day #4 MMC! Hope everyone had a good Monday. Mine got pretty busy and hectic but that just made the day go fast. Today we have some light rain this morning with more heavy rain expected later today and especially this evening/overnight. We certainly have had enough rain and snow in March and April this year. I guess then we shouldn't have a drought this summer hopefully. Anyway, can't believe it's already the 4th Rudolph Day of the year. Make it a good one!
I wish you would have shared just a little of that rain with us. MY sister just mentioned last night, she hopes this doesn't predict the kind of summer we are going to have. We could really use some rain. They keep calling for it & then it misses us - goes around us! We had to water the garden last night.

Good Tuesday morning! The sun is out for a few hours and then rain again. My five days off are done but today I'm receiving refresher training in loss prevention, so not quite back to the grind yet. Time to walk Loki. Have a great day everyone!
I bet those 5 days went so fast!!! Hope you enjoyed to the fullest! :) And I hope your training goes well!!! Have a good day Martine.

Good Morning, Everyone.

==== Imminent Milestone Warning! ====

Stay tuned for important details following this special announcement:
Days to the Season: 202
Days to Christmas Day: 244

Now for the warning:
Brace yourselves for impact with a major Milestone marker tomorrow!
It is the ONE-THIRD point to Christmas Day.
Then, before the dust has even settled, we will be hit by another marker the following day, that one being the 200-DAY SEASON WINDOW.
(Can we take it? We'll find out soon!)

Wow. The rain. Oh, the horror! (Well, that's a little strong.)
But we had near continuous rain all day yesterday with flood warnings out and major ponding in our yard.
No relief overnight, and it continues to fall steadily this morning. Hopefully, this afternoon will bring a let-up.
We have started off cool as well, at 59 degrees here.

But, regardless of our weather, we will try and have a Terrific Tuesday here!
How about you?
Are you building an ark yet? Stay safe!

Morning everyone!! Today dawned grey and rainy here in the great state of taxation. On the bright side I found a deal on Shiny Brites that just couldnt be passed up.
Congrats on the Shiny Brites deal! :D Have a great day Gunny!

Good Morning MMC !

2 layers of a cherry chip slab cake are baked and ready to be iced when cool enough
grilled cheese on sourdough, 2 kinds of cheese and bacon almost ready for breakfast.
I can sit and enjoy that before filling and icing that cake
then off to work for 4 hours

Hope you all have a great day !!!
Sounds like you've had a busy & delicious morning! Have a good day at work!

Happy Rudolph Day my Christmas friends!! A dreary day today with rain and cooler temps. Hope you all have a great day!
Happy Rudolph Day SFM!!! Have a great day! Stay dry!

Morning Edge. I did get most of what I wanted done yesterday. A little rain held up on some of the progress, but overall, very fulfilling. Rain here today as well, but that's alright as I will have to find some shut-eye time before I begin the new work week. Like you, I really enjoyed these past three days off, even if they were slightly busy. Enjoy your last April week...

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

I've spent the better part of the morning tracking music orders that Amazon said I placed last night. It turns out my son was up late last night, and figured a dozen songs at $1.99 each wouldn't be noticed. However, he selected a payment method that we don't use anymore, and Amazon contacted me via email for clarification. That boy. Grrr.

We're going to try to get Elizabeth's driver's license today...again. Fingers crossed.

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

P.S. I ran into Walmart last night for a couple things, and checked out in the self-serve aisle. Ahead of me was a young college student (presumably) with basket and several items, and behind me was an older lady fumbling with a few items of her own. When the kid had room to put his stuff on the belt, he did so, then turned and said "excuse me, ma'am", and offered his basket the lady behind me, who happily accepted. That one small act of random kindness left the three of us smiling. I try to help other folks when I can, but my opinion of the younger generation's sense of chivalry, or at least kindness, has become jaded to the point that this surprised me. I'm so happy to see that it's still taught by some families, and taken to heart by some kids! :)

Oh, and Happy Rudolph Day, everyone!!

Morning Martine. Cloudy here right now with expected showers later in the day and evening hours. Time to head back to a week of liftin' and totin'. But the good side of gettin worn out is that you don't have the energy to get into trouble... :)
Enjoy your Tuesday...

Greetings Crown. Today should be just fine in the great Mid-west. Some rain, a little cooler and overcast. But nothing to dampen the MMC spirit. Last April week of 2017. How will you spend it?
