Hi there Holiday. Don't they show the games at your home?Good morning MMC! Merry Friday Eve! It's another chilly morning, but the sun is shining bright! Supposed to have a high of 66 today.
Not much going on today - just work & then I need to get busy on laundry. It's Thursday already!!! I have mom this weekend so I'll be there & Jim will be at the lake. I have help coming in Saturday night through Sunday morning so I can go to the lake to watch the Bucks on the big screen, & I also have help coming in Sunday afternoon until Marie gets to Moms Monday morning.

Well the apartment is cleaned and the suitcases are packed and loaded in the car. Just a few odds and ends to do then I can relax and get ready for a long day on the road tomorrow. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!!!!

Morning Merry. Nothing like bringing in a new tradition to go with the others. I also listen to Christmas music all year long, but during the first portion of the year, it is normally instrumental only. I love light jazz style...
I just heard that as of Noon Florida time, certain portions of the state will halt all eastbound traffic for mandatory evacuation procedures. Prayers that things may ease up...

Blessings on your space heater. Anything not to slide the thermostat switch over to the "H" word.I broke down & turned on my space heater in the office. It's chilly in here this morning!!!

Exactly. I didn't need it on for long, just enough to take the chill out!! It's now 67º outside.
I just noticed our low for Saturday night is supposed to be 42º!!!That's not far from the 30's!!
Send those 40's to me that is still shorts and hoodie weather for me. Might even go outsides and swim in the pool, back when i lived in Maine and Alaska
Come up to the mountains. We should get a lot of rain but not the real nasty stuff. I know you have your place in Maggie Valley plus we have a couple of empty rooms.Good Thursday morning, Christmas friends!
It's a BEAUTIFUL morning here! The sun is shining and it was in the low 60's. I know it's just the calm before the storm, but WOW!
We're still trying to decide whether to escape, or weather the weather. That reminds me of an old Little Bear episode when Mother Bear tells Little Bear, "Whether the weather be cold, or whether the weather be hot, we'll weather the weather, whatever the weather, whether we like it or not." Whew!
