Hello everyone. This Halloween season has been busy, so I haven’t checked in much.
I am having a home haunt next Saturday for my kids and they’re friends. I’ll post pics!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful season.
Can't believe it's so close ... on Friday my office is having a trick-or-treat in the afternoon for the employees' kiddies. Should be fun to see the costumes!

My daughter carved our first jack o lantern last night. I told her I wanted an evil one lol. She did a good job!

Definitely evil-looking! :)

I can’t believe we are only one week out until Halloween! The season has flown by. Makes me a little sad, but with Thanksgiving and then Christmas, we have a lot of excitement left. ;)
Indeed it's gone too fast but we still have the best weekend left of it. And as you said the one great thing about Halloween ending is that we have the holiday season beginning!

Hey guys! Sorry I have been away for a few days. I have been so busy!!

What are you doing for final halloweekend? Can't believe how quickly it's gone. Thank goodness the Festive season is up next to keep us going.
Hey Festive. I'm treating this weekend like it is Halloween since it falls on a Tuesday. Lots of Halloween shows. As usual it has gone too fast but as you say...we have something awesome even after it's over. But first I want to wish everyone here a great Halloween Weekend!

Halloweekend---I like that!

i'm hoping to watch some Halloween-y movies and TV shows this weekend. One I haven't seen for a while is a weird TV special from 1966 called "Evening Primrose." It's about an author who plans to live in a department store, hiding by day and living off the goods at night. Once he gets inside, he finds there's an entire (rather spooky) community of people living in the store after hours! They're pretty creepy, and have very strict rules that he must follow if he wants to stay. He falls in love with a girl they keep as a slave, and of course their love is forbidden. They are pursued by mysterious Dark Men who will turn them permanently into store manikins if they're caught. And ... it's a Stephen Sondheim musical. Anthony Perkins (of Psycho) plays the author, and the girl is Charmian Carr (from The Sound of Music). I bought the DVD a few years ago, and I've only watched it once ... I'm getting a yen to see it again during the "spooky season."
