First snow is here!

The mrs and i forged a new tradition last night. By coincidence, we'd both bought eachother advents calendars, special ones, themed - and had wrapped them up and put them under the tree. We then decided to give them to eachother last night, ready for today to open the 1st door.

We call this new tradition "Advent's Eve"

Nice eh?!

(Clearly i'm not the first to have come up with this, but let me have my moment.... :-)
 
Morning MMC! TGIF and December. It's December. Need I say more? Watched some Charlie Brown Christmas last evening. Rollins was such a handful it was unreal. He got into my box of chocolate cherries I ordered for Christmas. I have no idea how he got the box they sent them in open (it was taped obviously) AND into the candy box. Luckily he didn't eat many. He was actually just chewing on some. I guess the big 72 count is now a 62 count. As soon as I was trying to fix that problem he ran to another room and was causing more problems. No wonder I'm tired every night I go to bed. Happy Friday and December!

Merry Friday and Happy December!!!
It’s going to be a nice day, sunny with highs near 52 degrees. I’m heading out to the outlets to do some shopping after everyone is up and off to school & work. Back home afterward to catch up with my daily chores. I’m going to order Chinese food for dinner, yay for getting a break from cooking! Should be a relaxing evening, we’ll just be in watching a hockey game.

Good Morning, Friends. Welcome to the most wonderful month of the year!

And can you believe we are approaching the three week mark into Christmas Season 2017? Folks, we are just racing away toward Christmas Day at breakneck speed.
(I hope everyone is getting in their music listening and movie watching.)

Today's count:
Days to Christmas Day: 24 (Now UNDER 3 1/2 weeks to go!)


The weather continues to be quite pleasant for this time of the year, with moderate temperatures, plenty of sun, no rain and gentle breezes. Really quite nice!
We currently see a temperature reading of 46 degrees here on our back door thermometer.
