Good Sunday morning, Christmas friends!
We got up early Saturday morning so we could be at the wedding rehearsal at 9:30, then they said the music didn't have to be rehearsed. Grrr! We drove separately from Nancy because she had to work for a couple hours Saturday morning, and then they didn't even let us do our thing! Oh, well. Nancy finally showed up, and we shopped till 9pm. I did get a good supper at Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse, though.
Now we're leaving for church, then back to Savannah for the wedding.

Good morning, my Christmas friends! Hope y'all are well! One week....one week. I can't wait. We did a little shopping yesterday...just to enjoy the environment. I have to go back today to buy groceries that we will need for Christmas. It is bound to be packed today. That's ok! I enjoy this trip, a lot.
I plan on doing a little more Christmas shopping on Monday and Tuesday...that should be all we need. I'm getting pretty excited. Next week, all of the family comes in....gonna be a good time, indeed.

Morning MMC! I woke up with a virus (a bad one). My family had it and at work people had it. It's been going around. So just like I got sick 1 week before Thanksgiving I'm now sick 1 week before Christmas Eve. I'm going to rest up today obviously and hope that I can feel better. Have a good day!

Good Sunday afternoon! We had a great evening at my brother's new condo yesterday. The space itself is gorgeous to begin with, but it was also so well decorated for Christmas. And the food was so yummy, I ate too much. Speaking of food, we just went grocery shopping and bought part of what we need for our employee lunch on Friday. There's no more space in the fridge! Now I'm trying to plan when everything will get done this week. Time to relax and catch up on the dvr for a bit. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
Good afternoon ... been a busy weekend so far, did the grave blankets yesterday and went to see the new Star Wars movie lastnight. Gonna spend the day getting some major cleaning done and out of the way and try to finish up my wrapping tonight. 2 more days of work then I start my vacation and my baking. Have a great day!

Wow, one week to go. We’re in the home stretch. So exciting!
We have showers passing through this morning but it’s supposed to clear up and we’ll have highs near 45 degrees. I’m going to take a ride to the health food store and then the post office for Christmas stamps. Back home afterward to work on my daily chores and wrap some presents. Dinner will be minestrone & tortellni soup. Thats about it for me.

Morning MMC! I don't think I spent more than 3 hours total out of bed from Saturday evening till Monday morning. Even when I'm sick I don't stay in bed for that long. But this virus hit me hard and fast. It hit my brother at the same time. We both were in bed most of the day. But it looks like one of those fast/furious viruses that comes and goes within a day or 2 because I feel so much better today. I'm still trying to take it easy though and don't want to overdo it. I'm just thankful it was this Sunday and not next! I'm hearing some rain may happen for us around Christmas. Blah...why did it snow most of the month and now Christmas comes and it rains? Have a great day!
