Looks like I'm taking my tree down tomorrow :(. I'm going to leave it lit from this afternoon for 24 hours straight to get my fill of it.

We just had my daughter’s basketball game this morning and now I am catching up on laundry. Tomorrow I am taking down the tree..I was going to do it last weekend but wanted to wait another week.

Good morning ... hubby had to work this morning so when he gets off we are going grocery shopping .. thinking Chicken Tacos tonight for dinner and maybe a big pot of Broccoli Cheese soup and Chicken noodle soup (for the kids) for tomorrows dinner. The grocery store has ice cream on sale so I see movies and ice cream on the menu for tonight too. My oldest has been sick for the past few days so we are definitely hanging home most of the weekend. Merry Saturday!

The thawing has begun! There is still a lot of snow on the ground, but it is now turning into more of a solid, icier, mess. The kittens solved their icy paw pad problem by climbing trees and bushes all day. So far none of them have had to be rescued. :)

I don't have to be at the store until Wednesday, so I am going to work on crafts, read, and tackle some big chores. And of course, I am going to be working on cleaning and tagging items for the store.

Whew, I've been on the run all day. Dollar general has all of their Christmas stuff for a quarter. I hit up 4 of them and found a few things. If I liked glitter, I'd have been in heaven. I still need to run to Costco but I may put that off until tomorrow. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their Saturday!!!

Hello all.
Today was a pretty relaxing day, we when out to dinner with the in-laws for Henry and my birthdays. They took Henry to the pet store so he could get a hermit crab. Henry is super excited and has spent much of the evening making lists or what he needs to do each day to care for his new friend.

Tomorrow we will have dinner with my dad.

It looks like this upcoming week will be a full week of school. The temperatures will be in the 40s most of the week.

The puppy had me up early this morning. I’m just having my coffee and playing with him. Not too much going on here today. My parents are going to take a ride over to see their grandog :) I’m going to get a pot of sauce started in a little while, dinner will be spaghetti & meatballs. Other than that I will be working on the laundry. Should be a relaxing day. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day. I posted this picture of Rocky on Instagram yesterday, thought I’d share it here as well ~

Good Sunday morning! Wish I could have another "lazy" day to recuperate but there's no food in the house so I can't escape grocery shopping. Plus we've run out of Dayquil and tissues. At least the temperatures are mild and roads are clear. I'll try and get everything done early so we can relax the rest of the day. Have a great one everyone!
 
Morning MMC. Championship Sunday! We'll see today who goes to the Superbowl. I've got the Pats & Vikings. Other than football I've got some food shopping to do and also going to try to take Rollins to the park now that the snow has melted. Have a great Sunday!
