I forgot to mention - yesterday morning at the lake, I put Lucy outside on her lead. I went back in the trailer for probably 10 minutes or so, I walked back outside & Lucy was GONE!!! Her lead broke! FREAK OUT!!!:eek: I woke Jim & he took off one direction I took off the other. Our neighbors were doing some work outside - they said they had just seen her - they thought we had just let her outside, loose - so they were looking for her too. THANKFULLY they found her under the neighbors (Jackson, her boyfriend) awning. It only took about 5-10 minutes to find her, but it seemed like 10 hours. She nearly gave her mama a heart attack.

I'm so glad you were able to find her!!

Good Afternoin MMC !

It’s been way too long and I miss you all!
Computer finally just gave up and died, no fixing it this time. I am now accessing through my phone. This way is a bit more work and takes longer but I can at least get here again !
Not working as cashier anymore. Now I get to look after a cute 6 year old.
Beautiful sunny day here and chilly.
Tomorrow is SPRING !
Hope you all have a great day !

Good to see you Star! Miss seeing pictures of your baking here. Sorry to hear the computer decided to die on ya. Mine is packed away somewhere in storage, but it’s old. It has windows xp on it.

I went to a Best Buy and got a Samsung laptop; works indentically to a pc but smaller and cheaper. I actually don’t miss the PC anymore.

Ohhhhh boy, there’s a winter storm watch in effect for our area. It was 1-3 inches but, as of this moment, looks like upped it to 5-9 inches and climbing.

I think ya all know me by now, I just love the snow! I’m like if it’s going to be cold outside anyway, it just might as well snow to make it look a lot more like Christmas!

The wife said it’s a QVC night, soooooo, I guess I know what i’ll be watching the rest of the night; the latest ladies fashion wear by Isaac Mizrahi! Yea......

Lol, that’s alright, I told her it’s ladies night tonight, so whatever she wants to watch is ok with me.

Hey, I might just learn something new!!!!

That is my worst nightmare regarding Loki. So glad Lucy was found quickly. And hope your mom is doing well after her fall.

Morning MMC. Happy 1st day of spring. With that said we have a winter storm warning for Wednesday. Spring? Where are you? For today though the weather looks decent. And that's a plus. Winter started early and apparently is ending late. Have a great 2nd day of the week!

I have to get a new one for myself; I like the tablet transformer I had before; mine died after 3.5 years. I have regular access to the laptop I have for work when I travel, but I'm not allowed to download anything on it because I don't own it so it makes it difficult to enjoy Christmas music via archives or live streams.

I have a desktop PC at work that gets updated by our IT guy and the old one at home had XP on it the ports act up on me sometimes so I stopped using it. Funny how many times I try to scroll through on a desk top after having the tablet.

Almost time to treat myself to a new one.

We're back to BRRRRRRRR weather this morning. :bundleup
-27c with the windchill and four days ago I wanted t-roof on my car. Crazy.

Well ... the 2018 FORD Women's Curling Championships are going on in my neck of the woods. Great for tourism, but hard to find a parking spot when you want to hit the gym for a work out. Luckily (or not), I can walk to the fitness centre so I have no excuses. Wasn't as busy as I thought it would be bright and early in the morning. Nothing starts until 9 a.m. guess that's why I had access to my cardio equipment, same locker, etc.

To be honest, I haven't really worked out much in the last few weeks and yesterday was a good one.

Stay jolly! -mistletoe-

Good Morning, Folks!

There's a new Milestone in sight.
It is number five on our chart.
It's.......
Well, we will tell you about that in a moment.

First, there is this:
Days to the Season: 238
Days to Christmas Day: 280

Marker number five is the ONE-QUARTER point to Christmas Day 2108.
It's now UNDER a week ahead. SIX days to be precise.
(But don't believe me. Check out the chart at post number 1 of this thread.)

Things are getting cooler and in fact, we have a chance of SNOW in the prediction for tomorrow. It's the latter half of March in the south, for heaven's sake! This just is isn't right.
(Oops! I had better not get Mother Nature mad. Shhh!)
We are at 56 degrees here currently, after a soaking overnight rain.

Have a Terrific Tuesday Folks, regardless of your weather!

Good Morning MMC!
More snow headed our way...they are saying 6-9 inches..ugh! Spring please come soon!
Just work for me today and I am going out to dinner with 2 girlfriends tonight.
Have a great day!

Losing one of my dogs is one of my deepest fears. Thanking the Lord that you found her so quickly!!!

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday! Not much going on here today! Just work! And waiting for the winter storm to move in!! :D It's not supposed to start until this evening. They are saying 3-5" for us tonight & another inch tomorrow. With WIND!!! I'm a little excited - as long as everyone stays safe! The downfall is Emma is supposed to be coming back out this direction tomorrow. The lady who is supposed to pick her up is 80 years old - she sure doesn't need to drive in that, so I have a feeling it's not going to happen. Maybe since my boss told me I could take off Thursday, I'll go pick her up Thursday morning if the weather is better! xx Right now we have bright sunshine & chilly wind!
Everyone, have a terrific Tuesday!!

It's scary every time Lulu runs away from me after a cat or a squirrel. I'm glad everything worked out!
Yes, I wonder about Lucy if/when we finally get her trained to her fence, if she would take off after a rabbit, squirrel or cat. Gracie never did, but I'm not so sure about Lucy. Right now when we put her electric fence collar on, she doesn't want to leave the garage or the patio. She's afraid of it!

Oh, Holiday, I am sorry your loss. Keeping the teacher's family and friends in my prayers. {{{HUGS}}}
I'm sorry your mom fell, but very happy to read she is alright. She remains in my prayers.
Thank you Meceka!
