Good Morning, Weekend Eve Arrivers!
Yep. Cycled around again, we have. The final day of the work week is at hand.

And while the last day of our count certainly is not near to hand, we are creeping closer by the day. (Even closer to our next pair of Milestones!)

Days to the Season: 228
Days to Christmas Day: 270

The binary markers set to arrive during the latter part of next month are, in order, the One-Third point to Christmas Day and the 200-day Season Window.
These are markers number SIX and SEVEN on our Countdown chart, showing that we have advanced right along through the rolling year.
The dates to mark on your calendars are April 26 and 27. (UNDER 4 weeks now to the first one.)
Back to back Milestones!

We warmed up nicely yesterday, approaching 80 degrees by the afternoon.
Today will see us drop into the low to mid 70's, then into the mid 60's tomorrow.
Still excellent for late March!
Our current reading is 65 degrees here, and it looks like rain.

I just saw that a huge arctic blast is coming down. And they they are talking about snow from Maryland up thru Mass. on like Monday - Tuesday time frame. After that last weather forecast, I think this time, i’ll Believe it, when I see it.

Winter is still trying to hold on!!!!

Not too much going on here today, typical day of errands & chores. I have a doctor appointment this afternoon, hoping I didn’t get the flu from my husband. I don’t have time for that! I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day <3

The Flu, that’s terrible! I sure hope that you can get through this very quickly and get well soon. Chicken soup/ broth really does help....

That is one thing, that is on the bucket list for me, to see and go thru the entire process, of making syrup; the old fashioned way. I think that would be awesome!

Well, guess what, my (2) pork loins came up of the oven just beyond wonderful! I put salt, pepper, cumin, parsley flakes, garlic salt on both sides, then baked in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
My Mrs told me it was very yummy! I was beaming!

Morning MMC! Happy Last Day of March. This month has seem to fly by. Believe it or not we have a nice weekend here with 50s and some sun. Should be a good Easter Weekend. Hope you all have a great start to it!

Good Morning, Weary Wandering Weekend Wishers.
Well, no need to wish or wander any further, it is here!

So are our latest count figures:
Days to the Season: 227
Days to Christmas Day: 269

And our next two pending Milestones?
Well, they are on the way too. Just 26 days until the first one (the 1/3 Christmas day point) and 27 to the next one (the 200-day Season Window.) Both UNDER four weeks away, now.
A matched pair of back-to-back markers, just a day apart!

We cooled off a bit yesterday and had some light morning rain, but all in all it was pretty nice indeed as we prepare to close out the month of March.
(Tomorrow is April 1, and I for one am glad that date does not fall on a Wednesday, because there is absolutely no telling what kind of prank Carl might be willing to take a shot at!)
Our current temperature here in the capital city is 46 degrees.

Good Saturday morning, friends! Just sitting here enjoying the calm before the storm. We have a church Easter egg hunt at 12:00 (10,000 eggs) and then my inlaws have Easter today. After that, we have to come home and dye some eggs for our family tonight. Going to be a good time, that's for sure.
