I apologize for the server problems of this week. As mentioned in earlier posts, we have enjoyed a tremendous increase in site usage over the past month or so. This was causing some server slowdowns and, at some odd moments, complete server failure.
To stablize the situation we upgraded our server capabilities earlier this week. On Wednesday night into Thursday, we completed the move with the final big step.
In the process of doing that we lost the posts and messages from Monday through Wednesday. In attempting to restore backups, we inadvertantly deleted that data and it is not recoverable.
It was totally my fault and I accept full responsibility. Please accept my apologies.
Hopefully, the new server has improved the speed and efficiency of the site overall. We will see a ten fold increase in traffic over the coming weeks and we want to accomodate all who wish to visit the merry pages.
