Hello all, both those from TXP, and those from here. I am sgrover, from the good old midwest USA. I got the barrage of e-mails yesterday regarding TXP, and was just too sad to post anywhere yesterday. But, I got over that and popped in here, where I see a lot of familiar names and hope to get to know some new ones.
A bit about me: I am married to a non-Christmas-a-holic, but he tolerates my addiction (and as I keep saying, if you have to be addicted to something, Christmas is a good thing to be addicted to! Right?), we have 4 kids between us, my 18 year old son, his 17 & 15 year old sons, and our 8 year old daughter (who I might add is coming along quite nicely in her addiction to Christmas - I got it from my mom, so I hope she gets it from me). We are currently remodeling a turn of the century Victorianish farmhouse, we're trying to take it back to it's former glory, and that's been a challenge! I love antiques, especially Christmassy antiques, I have a lot of old German Christmas ornaments.
My son took a web page class last semester in high school and created my own personal Christmas Countdown, which I like to share, so...
