I use the cooking bags. Best way to do a turkey or just the turkey breast. No fuss, juices are contained inside of bag and easy clean-up. Having the bags in my cupboard are a must during holiday season.

Exactly what I have been doing for nearly 20 years! Just throw it in and "forget about it". Perfect turkey every time and everyone says it's the best turkey they ever had. If we have Thanksgiving at someone else's house they always want me to cook the turkey even though I have no special trick in making it good, it's the bag doing the work! cheesy
 
We baste. I just enjoy taking it out, smelling it and looked at it as it's cooking lol. Probably easier ways to do it but my family always do it this way so I've always done it this way. Mmm Turkey.
