Halloween ain´t as big in Germany as it is in the States....but....we have an old, old, old castle....about 30minutes away from where I live...it´s in the city of Darmstadt....and everyear around Halloween....they make the castle into some scary thing.....fires everywhere....all the monsters are there as well...plus orcs and all these scary things.....Michael Myers, Freddy, Jason, Dracula, Vampires, Werwolfes and on and on....they are all there....and if You catch their eye.....they will hunt You as well....hahaha...they also do little shows like "Frankenstein´s Bride", a torturing thing like theey might have done it in 1300 and stuff like that.....at the end...all of the monster come together to show to or three dances....of course....two of them are Michael Jackson´s Thriller and Ghost....I thought I post some links and pictures for You guys to see it.
I have been there once....and I totally loved it....and somehow all the monsters came up to me...but thankfully....I´m not the scared, screaming type of person....so they came up....stole my basecap for a second....or hit or stuff like that...and let me go then....the girls that were screaming...were literally hunted down by them....haha....one monster stole the handbag of one girl...of course he gave it back...so those two were fighting over that...it was hilarious.....
one great thing....while people are standing watching those type of shows (the ones I mentioned above) other monsters would come in between the people and scare them terribly.....and the best....there is a guy with a fake chainsaw...people are standing in a big crowd...and suddenly this guy with the chainsaw is there...starting it....and You see how the crowd starts to part like red sea...
