2013 Sounds of the Season Halloween music runs October 7th-November 3rd...Christmas music will air November 4th-January 5th.

I don't remember if I have sounds of the seasons or not! I have dishnetwork I think they carry siriusxm maybe they will have a channel that plays Halloween music...heaven knows they have 20 different Christmas channels!
I see where you got your information, but I got the detail from Music Choice. Oh, well. We will enjoy it whenever it kicks in.
Why October 7th? Why not October 1st? Are they doing that "Octoberfest" thing right now?

That's what was on there a few days ago when I checked: Octoberfest.
They may have picked the 7th as the switchover date because it's a Monday---start of a new week, and all that. But who knows, with them?
I looked it up and its because oktoberfest is around this time.this is when people celebrate or do whatever for it.cuz halloween music ends on nov 2 and christmas music starts on sat or sunday.
