i started a thread on this a couple of months ago, i was just wondering if people's halloween's plans have changed? if anyone didn't see my last thread, what are your plans?

i was supposed to be taking my 2 younger cousin's to a halloween party at the cinema ( a really old fashioned 1940's style cinema) but the cinema are not doing one this year : (

instead, i am bringing a few of my young cousin's to my house, i will be making some halloween cakes and doing a little buffet with some punch. we will all sit around in the dark and watch the nightmare before christmas, i can't wait!

Well, I don't get any trick or treaters at my house so I'll just be here defending the homefront from eggers and the such! My husband patrols the neighborhood on the fire truck every year so he'll be out there doing that.

Taking my 3 kids out trick or treating. I'm so glad it's on a Friday this year that way they won't have to go to bed right away...they're usually a little buzzed from the candy!!

We're taking our oldest daughter (2.5) trick-or-treating to a few houses for the first time. Then as a tradition going to my husbands grandma's house for a bonfire/chili/goodies!

just sitting at home in front of the TV watching a scary movie maybe....we don´t really celebrate Halloween in Germany

Well we wear costumes to work (yes Im 29 and still do cause its fun!) then Im getting off work a couple hours early to hand out candy with my Wife!

Sounds like a lot of fun!

I dress up at work also.. Im going to be Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz this year. My son is going to be the Scarecrow! After work we are ordering pizza and having my parents and in laws over. Then Im going to take my son out for trick or treating. He is only 21 months so we will only be going around our court. I dont think he is going to last very long!

:boo:

Our plans are still the same. We are having a chli dump out at the lake. All the neighbors bring a container of chili (at least enough to feed themselves) & we dump it into our big (22 gallon) kettle. Some people dress up, some don't. So far it sounds like there are quite a few dressing up. I'm not sure if we will or not. The Buckeyes play a night game that night (Oct. 25th) so we are going to set up the big screen outside & watch the game, weather permitting. For those not interested in the game, there is a Halloween party at the bar down the road...it's always a lot of fun. They give away all kinds of prizes.

@Johnor....sorry that the old movie theater doesn´t do this thing this year
