I stumbled over this forum by accident while looking for Christmas buffet ideas as we are having one on Christmas day instead of a roast this year. We will be having our roast on either the eve or Boxing day.

I like your idea of doing a buffet on Christmas Day. It is such a busy day that it makes a lot of sense and it also makes a change to the usual. I hope you come up with some good ideas!

WELCOME Purplemoon! I use the colour purple quite abit
as you will see, it's a lovely colour, and the moon....
well it's just divine!
All of the lovely people who have greeted you, are quite a bunch of friendly and wonderful people, with the exception of Courtney, I am not too familiar with that person, but the others are quite lovely.
You should have a fun time here, it's fairly busy around here all year round especially with the "Countdown" forum.

But, during the HOLIDAYS, it's MANIC....and rather joyful....no pun intended.

Now....."if" you should desire other holiday ideas on what to serve for your "Holiday Buffet", I am a chef, and could assist you when and "if" you desire, along with so many others here.
