I'm new in town so I thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Sammi Stephans and I'm a writer and director here in Chicago.

I love Christmas, especially Christmas movies. As evidenced by the fact that I'm in pre-production for a short Christmas comedy as we speak. But I don't want to break any forum rules, so I'll save the information on that for another post in the appropriate area (which would be the Merry Marketplace or the Movies section, yes? maybe?) cheesy

This seems like a nice community. I'm an active member in a filmmaking forum, so I'm pretty familiar with how boards work. Here's hoping we all hit it off!
