Most pumpkins take about 120 days to grow. The bigger ones can take up to 150 days. You may want to wait next year. My daughter planted seeds but nothing become of it. I am guessing they were not getting enough light. They need up to 6hrs a day I believe.
 
I might try to plant pumpkins one year! I loves them. I make my own toasted pupmkin seeds :):D
 
Yes it would be cool to have your very own pumpkin patch. I also like to roast the seeds..cheesy
