I never have figured out why the Simpson's air their Halloween special after Halloween. They have done this as far as I can remember.

I saw this advertised. We will watch it. I know they didn't have it on this past Sunday because of football.

I saw the commercial for this the other day. I was actually in the other room and heard the music and came running out to the livingroom thinking it was the advert for the "Great Pumpkin" and about fell over when they finally got to the part where Bart was walking out of the house. It was great for surprise factor!
