I just went to Whole Foods today to pick up ingredients for my vegan holiday loaf, apple and veggie sausage stuffing, and pumpkin pie cheesecake, and it just hit me that Thanksgiving is the day after tomorrow! Yipee!!
I won't be with my family this year sadly, but I will be with a group of friends, and we've all decided to have a turkey-free Thanksgiving this year (I know, I know, so "LA" of us), which I'm so happy about!
Is anyone else as excited about Thanksgiving as I am?!
