I think that it's a big extreme to charge him and what exactly did they charge him with? He didn't file a false police report or anything and he did try to call both the police and the girl and let them know that it was a prank.

I found those pranks funny on Roseanne....but I don´t find it funny when they are done in realtime....I don´t know if this guy needs to be charged....but to me it´s a stupid thing to do....nobody should joke with the death....
