In fact, it's in our fridge right now (with a load of more cake leftover) with a slice taken out of it, hehehe.

by the way, we had our wedding cake a year after and it was still very good and moist. Wrap it very well and freeze it. It's important to cover it well.

We ate the top layer of our wedding cake on our 1st anniversary too! It was really good...Cherry Chip! We had it sealed tight! Yummy!

Well, of course as you know it's on the 23rd of this month...9 more days!!

September 23rd is also the first day of Autumn! Yippee!! The flower theme is white flowers and fall leaves (and some fall colored flowers).

It's going to a smallish wedding. We invited maybe around 50 people,but I don't now how many will be there for sure.

My husband and I had an October Wedding too. We celebrated our Anniversary last night. We were married during the Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend some years ago. We had falls leaves, a gold lame tablecloth, horn of plenty and decorated the tables with long freshly cut gladiolas. It was quite a small gathering also and it was perfect.
