I am going to try two of the things I saw in the new Martha Stewart mag.
The screen cobwebs on the porch and the spider egg sac. I also have a black light bulb for the porch.

Well when I was living at my parents place I would stuff a dummy with leaves or news paper and sit him on the porch on a lawn chair. Then spider webs and a lit up tombstone. Then changed the porch light to a black light and added some creepy sound effects 
we're doing some bats hanging down, cobwebs, etc.
We're also doing MONSTER TRACKS. You take large sponges, cut them into a monster footprint and get some washable bright paint and make footprints. Turn sponge over and stamp again for the opposite foot (left foot, right foot).
Dollar Tree has ALOT Of cute and some scary halloween decor, and the price cant be beat!

In my front yard, we put up 3 tombstones and some yard figures that light up. One of the tombstones has eyes that flash red and I put a blsck rose in front of that one. I had the black rose taped to the front door but my wife said it looked too scary reality wise. I changed all the outside lights to black light bulbs to give it that effect of Halloween. Then we have 4 figurines that light up in front of the yard, a witch,a mummy, a frankenstein, and a ghost. We also have 3 light up spider webs around the front door that light up purple and orange with a tarantula in them that lights up also.

Pumpkins,hay bales,fodder shock , scare crow's .
That's awesome!! I wish I could do something like that!
Well I usually decorate for Halloween..inside and out. On the outside I have two Halloween inflatables one of Mickey Mouse as a pirate the other Tigger. The Tigger I just got I think he's by a pumpkin or something. I also have various lighted pumpkins as well as a Mickey and Minnie pumpkin. I also have a lighted ghost blow mold I put out as well as pumpkin, ghost and bat lights. We also carve pumpkins and put them out too.
