I jotted this recipe down in the Dr office out of a magazine. Sounds super yummers!
Muffins
1 C Whole Wheat Flour
1 C All Purpose Flour
1/3 C Sugar
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Canned Pumpkin
1/3 C Unsulfered Molasses
1/3 C Canola oil
2 eggs
1/4 C milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Topping
3 Tbsp butter
1/3 C Flour
3 Tbsp light brown sugar
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
Bake 400 for 15 minutes
