Shipping deadlines for the 2021 Christmas season have been announced by the United States Postal Service and major carriers of holiday freight.
The topic has come under scrutiny with recently announced
changes to USPS delivery policy which is rumored to account for up to 30 percent longer delays in the delivery of first class mail.

USPS Delivery Schedule
Dec. 17 — First-Class Mail service (including greeting cards)
Dec. 17 — First-class packages (up to 15.99 ounces)
Dec. 18 — Priority Mail service
Dec. 23 — Priority Mail Express service
