I also love my roasted pumpkin seeds plain.

I spread my pumpkins seeds out on a shallow baking pan and let them dry for about 30 minutes. I do NOT clean them or take off any of the "good" pumpkin stuff
Salt to taste and then roast until golden brown.

Yum!

I don't care for pumpkin seeds but my brother in law loves them. I will pass this on to my sister.
