Performing this song is 12-year-old Maya Rae of Canada. Maya has enjoyed singing and music since birth. Her musical interests range from jazz, folk, soul, to blues and pop. Some of her musical influences include artists like Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah McLachlan and Alicia Keys.

Maya also has a love of musical theater, having performed in the Royal City Musical Theatre’s production of Annie in April 2014.
