Happy Monday to everyone!

Like others here, the weekend went too darn fast. It was cloudy and wet, so it was a nice weekend for crochet! It's cooler, but still cloudy and wet today.

Back to work today...I am enjoying a cup of coffee and going through emails.
Looks like another humid day with chance of rain!! I am ready for fall!
My daughter has a soccer game tonight hopefully it won't rain.

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

It was a long, hot weekend. I spent Saturday in Savannah with Nancy, Elizabeth and two of her friends. The kids went to an open casting-call for extras in the new live-action Disney's Lady and the Tramp that's being filmed in Savannah. Long story short, the advertisement didn't mention that two forms of ID were required, so they're holding another call next Saturday, so back to Savannah I go. We did have a great lunch on River St. before coming home.

Yesterday afternoon, Nancy and Jacob argued about him moving out. He wanted to go that afternoon (as we had discussed), and Nancy kept finding reasons for him to stay a few more nights. LOL It really was getting carried away, so he finally went to his new place, and Nancy fumed all night. Ugh.

Anyway, I hope y'all have a great day!

Sorry to hear about Nancy & Jacob's disagreement. Hopefully he realizes that his Mom just needs some time to come around and get used to the idea. I know how much you both miss him. Keeping you all in my thoughts.

Good morning and Happy Monday MMC!!!
We’re expecting showers and storms today with highs near 80 degrees. I would like to make a Target run at some point, I’ll see if we get a break with the weather. Other than that I’ll be working on my daily chores. I have chicken defrosting for dinner, just not sure what I’m going to do with it. I think I’ll browse Pinterest for a new recipe. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!

Hope Elizabeth has a great audition sorry to hear you have to go back!!
I am sure Nancy is not ready for Jacob to go..I can only imagine how hard it is!!

Good morning MMC! A late check in from me. I had mom last night & she was a little stressful! Thankfully I can come into work a little late on the Monday's I have her so I have some time to unwind! God ♥ her!! She doesn't mean to be stressful!!

We had a good weekend. Busy! A little fun, a little stress... LOL! Talk about grumpy people for family pics!! We better not have to do that again for several years!!

And here it is, Monday already!! I hope everyone's day is off to a great start!!!

TGIF, Christmas friends!

It's been another busy day. I got up at 5AM to go to a breakfast for Elizabeth's senior class, then we parents went into the student parking lot to write on out kids' windshields, and put balloons on the mirrors, etc. Lot of fun!

I just had lunch at Taco Bell with Jacob, and now I'm back at it.

We're planning to move Jacob out this weekend, and Nancy & Elizabeth are going to see a play in Savannah Saturday night. Can anyone say "Star Trek movie marathon?"

Morning all from UK first prolonged bout of rain today for about 7 weeks in my part of country and call me a killjoy etc but i dont mind , reminds me that my favourite time of the year is just round the corner , the "Ber" months are oh so close

Back in the trenches again, after our visit to Florida.
Everything went well during the trip. Even the weather cooperated.

But what's this?
Can this be true?
Our Season count. It has declined to DOUBLE-DIGITS since I have been gone.
Incredible!

Days to the Season: 92
Days to Christmas Day: 134

And here's something else that is just as incredible, if not more so:
TOMORROW, we will be TWO-THIRDS of the way to Christmas Season 2018!
(Now that really doesn't seem possible!)

A big Christmas THANK YOU to our tag-team substitute countdowners, Minta and Edge, for manning the numbers while I was away. And doing it with such class, as befits the quality of friendly folks like they are!

The weather was rainy when we left for Florida and it's rainy again now that we have returned.
(At least we certainly have no drought worries!)
More precip is possible today, and we have begun it at 70 degrees.

Thanks everyone! And while she will only be 4 months old at Christmas, I am over the top with excitement to be with her during Christmas.

And @Bradmac I kind of figured you’d like her name. She is named after my mother. (But I think of you, Brad, with that name when I’m on the forums. I only hope my granddaughter will be just as beautiful as your daughter is. I’m kind of thinking she will be from these early pics.)

She will be SO darn cute & fun at Christmas!!!
