I’m just browsing online for all things Christmas while listening to Pentatonix’s latest Christmas album. A lot more traditional songs on this one but with their own twist, I really like it. I’m a sucker for good harmonies.
You're speaking my language! Now I'll have to check to see if Amazon Prime Music is streaming that album and feed my craving for good harmonies and traditional Christmas songs! Thanks for the recommendation.

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

I finished my stage-hand work yesterday afternoon, and Elizabeth said they had a great dress rehearsal. Nancy and I went shopping for the rest of the afternoon...well, she shopped and I sat in the car with the windows down, enjoying the cool breeze. ;)

I have to finish the yard today, then the dinner theater with Elizabeth's play at the school on Tuesday, then trick-or-treat on Wednesday, then dinner with Jacob on Thursday, then regional One-Act Play competition on Friday.

What will I do with all this free time?

I hope y'all have a great day! :D

Happy New Week!

Pouring rain, dark clouds, Monday morning on too-little sleep ... but the Red Sox nailed down the World Series last night! It was a good ALCS and a good Series, after a fantastic season. Mr. stayed up until nearly the end of the 18-inning game Friday night, and we both stayed up for the end of the game last night past 11 p.m., so we're both running on fumes today.

Good Morning, Friends.
Back from Florida after a nice visit with family, albeit for a sad occasion.

Let's look at the newest numbers, to begin this exciting week which contains a very special day:
Days to Halloween: 2 (THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW, FOLKS!!)
Days to the Season: 15 (TWO WEEKS from TOMORROW!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 57 (Eight weeks from tomorrow!)
Halloween is a scant couple of days away, now. We are so closing in on the holidays!
(And, of course, it will fall on 'Pines Day!)

It was quite pleasant weather-wise for our trip to Florida. Warm, but the humidity was way down and it was really quite comfortable.
Rather chilly back here in Raleigh when we returned and this morning is starting out coolish at 48 degrees, but bound for the mid 60's by this afternoon.

Have a Marvelous Monday, Everyone.
A big THANKS! to SnowflakeMom and Xmastidings for running the count in my absence.
(And to the latter, thanks also for adding in the Thanksgiving count, something I was planning to do once Halloween is past.)
Thanks, Crown!! Have a great start to the week!

Good afternoon .... Thankfully I am feeling better. Was able to get more cleaning and purging done last night and helped my DS make a batch of cookies :) I was hoping to be able to get out this past weekend to get some Christmas shopping done but that didn't happen so hopefully I can get some done this weekend. I caught a few of the Christmas movies on the hallmark channel over the weekend too :) Makes me want to put up my tree now LOL.

Just discovered that the Hallmark app has live streaming now - you just have to put in your provider. You can play what’s up Hallmark and HMM. This is so exciting!
Perhaps sharing the app info, with some of your patients, may pass along the healing powers of Christmas movies...Not that the AMA has an official take on the subject.:)

We faded in and out, Friday night, but were there at the end...Just about made it through all of last night's game...Caught the celebration...

Pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training in 16 weeks.:D

I hope everyone had a nice weekend!!!!! Mine was spent watching as many Hallmark movies as possible. Nothing to much going on today. Just the normal daily things. I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!!

That makes the winter sound SO short!
We can fill in the time with our World Series DVDs from 2004, 2007, and 2013. Waiting to see if they split the 18-inning game between 2 DVDs, or use a double-sided DVD.

Good evening, MMC! Hope you’re all enjoying your Monday. Mine has been a tiresome one. We had my niece today and she is getting very mobile. I’m headed to work here at 7, but gotta run DD to baton lessons first, come back, then head to work.

I’m off tomorrow and much looking forward to it! Hope you all enjoy the evening!

Today was just a day of work and then Carolina having a friend over. Tomorrow will be more work and laundry. Right now I am watching Christmas movies on Hallmark. Mike and I are making plans to go see his grandparents for the weekend as long as he has no overtime. I hope everyone has and great night

Morning MMC! Happy Halloween Eve! I saw the Halloween movie yesterday evening and it was quite scary. I have to say that I was surprised the reviews were so positive until I saw it last night. It had more of an old-school feel to it than the previous Halloween movies. I hope you all enjoy your Eve of Halloween!
