Good Morning, MMC!! It’s going to be a windy dreary day here in Central Indy. They are saying it could feel like January next week too. I don’t know if I’m ready for that. Mom has a neurologist appointment today. Other than that, I’m just going to work on some cleaning. Then at 6pm, I’m going to turn on the tv and hope for Christmas commercials instead of campaign ads. I hope everyone has a great day!!

I think I recognize the pattern! Done with blanket yarn, I think.

Good morning MMC! Merry Tuesday! Not much going on today besides work both places & hoping we don't blow away! Holy wind!!! 40 MPH gusts this afternoon in front of a cold front that's moving in. Great!

Good Monday midday! I’ll be leaving for work in a few for an afternoon/evening shift. After one day of sunshine yesterday, it’s back to rain today. Temperatures are on the rise this week but will cool down again by next weekend. I’m just enjoying these last few minutes with Loki sleeping next to me. Have a great start to the week everyone!

They make it so hard to leave them, don't they??? Little stinkers!!

There's some snow in our immediate future, but the steadily dropping high temperature, from mid - 40s, today, down to the upper 20s Saturday - Sunday, will bring the curtain down on Autumn 2018.

We don't have any highs in the 20's predicted, but we have highs in the 30's, lows in the 20's in our future!

Man, I’m so disappointed in myself. I called the ending of Marrying Father Christmas last night with an hour to go and got it wrong. It was playing out exactly how I was thinking it would too.

We got home at 11:15 last night. I was able to have everything unpacked by 11:45 and I fell right to sleep but kept hearing Carolina up during the night for tissues and the bathroom. It was just work for me today. Our delivery came and it poured the whole time. There will be lots of items to damage and throw away because the boxes will be disenegrated. After work, Carolina and I went to the library. Tomorrow is supposed to be another wet gross day and I work in the morning

Hope your weather day is better than expected! Dreary & super windy here!!
Which just caused me too look outside & realize the wind has definitely picked up in the last hour. Wow!

Good evening! I got my decorating finished today. The house looks beautiful. I’ll share some pics tomorrow. I’m sitting now with the only lights on in the house, are the Christmas lights, drinking a glass of wine, and watching Hallmark. I can’t wait until it’s a little cooler - I’ll be able to turn the fireplace on too!

Happy Election Day MMC! It was a long day at work. But it went fast. Now on to day 2 of the week. Looks like we have more rain coming today. Surprise ha. Other than that hope you all are having a great day and one vote we can all agree on is for the upcoming holiday season to be the best ever!

My daughters boyfriends birthday is in a couple of days so I want to pick up a gift. Other than that I will be working on the laundry. Dinner will be tacos. I guess that’s it for me. It's another cold snowy day in Canada. I bought a candy cane and a cinnomon sented candle in anticipation for the season. They smell really good.

Good Morning, Folks.
One week to go.
One single, solitary week left before our long-awaited and much-coveted Christmas Season returns for another glorious 50 day run!

And the numbers tell the tale.
Boy, do they tell the tale!
Days to the Season: 7 (ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!!)
Days to Thanksgiving: 16 (TWO WEEKS from the day after tomorrow!)
Days to Christmas Day: 49 (Seven weeks from today!)
(Our count numbers are melting way like snow on a warm winter day.)

And if that isn't enough, remember that the Special Post Series begins THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW.
(So much fun in the air I don't know what to do!)

Rain overnight from Sunday to Monday made for a damp day yesterday although no further rain fell.
Today should see our temps move back up into the mid 70's but we have a chance of afternoon thunderstorms that could turn severe for a short period.
We are beginning this second day of the work week at 67 degrees here in central N.C. and everything is wet, wet wet!
