Morning MMC! 48 hours till turkey time. Exciting! Beyond exciting actually. And it looks to be one of the coldest Thanksgiving's in history for my area. Wow. At least it will be sunny. Today we have a couple of showers but nothing bad. And it's not terribly cold (although still below normal which has been a theme for the last 6 weeks). Have a great Tuesday before Turkey!
Good morning and Happy Tuesday MMC! Lots to do today. I have to go to the supermarket to do the rest of my food shopping for Thanksgiving. I’m also running to Costco at some point. I’m sure both stores will be a madhouse. I have to run to the mall as well to finish shopping for my daughters birthday. I also have to do some cleaning and work on the laundry. Busy, busy. Dinner will be tacos, at least that’s quick and easy. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!!

Good morning, friends! Just sitting here enjoying my coffee and doing some reading, while the dogs play. My niece will be here in 45 minutes or so. The kids start Thanksgiving vacation today as well, so they will be home with me too. DH is working and I work at 7 tonight, along with DD having team baton for 2 hours, so it will be a busy night.
Not much on the actual agenda today. I’ll just enjoy the kids and try to relax. Tomorrow was be busy. I have a lot of baking today and we’re having Thanksgiving here.

Days to Thanksgiving: 2 (DAY AFTER TOMORROW, FOLKS!!)
Days to Christmas Day: 35 (Five weeks from today!)
(Almost gobble time!)
Still pleasant for November, but chillier weather will arrive just in time for Thanksgiving. At least no rain is predicted.
Our current temperature reading stands at 54 degrees here in the capital city.
Have a Terrific Tuesday Everyone, as you enjoy that holiday music and make your Christmas plans!

Mom and I got home from our trip to the mountains yesterday afternoon. Jacob's band is touring around GA, SC & FL this week, so he's away, Elizabeth went out with her friends, and Nancy was in Atlanta shopping with her sister...so Lulu and I were home alone for hours. I finally got up on the roof and cleaned out the gutters, then fished leaves out of the pool till dark. I got some Taco Bell, then fell asleep on the sofa. Nancy finally came home around 9:30. So happy to see her!
Today is our 24th anniversary, and Elizabeth's 18th birthday!!

Happy Tuesday!! Woke up to a rainy day and the cold should start setting in tonight. As Edge mentioned, our Thanksgiving is going to be cold but that is ok..I have one last thing to get a the store and I think I will get it tomorrow as I like that last feel of the hustle and bustle of the store...odd I know!! Just updated the Christmas Tv Schedule under Christmas together for Thanksgiving Eve and day. So many great things on - makes it hard to decide what to watch!
Good Tuesday midday! It is snowing again today. Winter is still a month away and already I'm tired of the snow. And they're announcing more tomorrow and cold temperatures after that. We were supposed to have diner with my in-laws tonight but the roads are bad so we've rescheduled. So I'm staying inside for now and watching Holiday Baking Championship on dvr. While David will go to his physio appointment in a few, I will try my hand at making a fruit ketchup and a spreadable maple syrup fudge (soft sucre à la crème). If both are a success, I will make some for the treat boxes I give my family at Christmas. Tomorrow I'll try another new recipe, Nutella brownies. Don't know yet what I'll try the rest of the week, I'm still looking up recipes. Hope everyone is having a great day.
