Greetings, MMC Crew,

New member here, but a longtime lurker, so I already feel like I'm among friends.

My user name is a tribute to the cedar Christmas trees we enjoyed throughout my youth, which filled the house with the aroma which I still most associate with Christmas. (But we didn't go to a cedar grove to cut them; bought 'em at the corner filling station for $2.00 each.)

I'm an old retired lawyer with a year-round childlike enthusiasm for Christmas which makes my family roll their eyes. On this score I've found "my people" on this forum.

I'm here in time for the 'bers! Looking forward to celebrating with you all.
