Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Thursday! We are now UNDER two weeks to go until the next major milestone, the 100 Days to the Bers milestone. Wow. I told you all to keep an eye on that number, it feels like it is moving the fastest out of any on the counts!

Like Edge would say, we still have about two true "stress-free" weeks left in May before things really start changing. My advice to you all is just enjoy these next two weeks because I think once we see that Bers countdown hit 100 and dip below, it's going to be a mental game changer.

Have a great day, friends! Think some spooky thoughts if the opportunity presents itself!

Come on over, I have a loaf of pumpkin chocolate chip bread in the freezer. A short zap in the microwave and it will taste fresh out of the oven. Anyone else missing pumpkin stuff? We can have a nice get-together!
If I bring some pumpkin flavored pumpkin waffles, can I join?

Good Morning Halloween Friends! TGIF! It dawned on me this morning posting the counts that on MONDAY we will enter single digits on our way down to the 100 Days to The Bers milestone! Nobody usually likes Mondays, but I feel like this will be an exception!

The temps today are supposed to be up in the mid 80's. That's sweatfest territory, IMO. I hope somehow we can hold it back for just a few more weeks. I am not naïve enough to expect another below-average summer temperature wise. But last year it made it easy, but the time the sweat fest was here, we only had about five weeks or so until we passed the peak hottest day and was on the downhill.

Hot days like today make me look forward to The Bers, specifically that "first" evening after we have been fighting a long hot spell, and you can feel the temperature cool down at night and feel the cool Breeze. That's what I'm going to be thinking of today!

Have a great day, friends!

Monday will be an exception to the rule. I am looking forward to a single digit count to the 100-day Bers marker. I am NOT looking forward to the Sweatfest, but it's coming whether I like it or not, so nothing to do except deal with it. It makes the end of the year SO worth it.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Day #1 of the weekend! Yesterday we hit 86 degrees and closer to "Sweatfest" territory than should ever be felt in only mid may.

Mowing the grass yesterday evening to get ahead of the rain, I could feel the temp dropping down and I was instantly reminded of those late summer / very early Fall days. Maybe even "Fall Pre-Season". It was a good feeling.

Today, I will be going to Hobby Lobby to pick up a little something for my Mom, and I'm going to take another long gander at all the fall stuff and hopefully maybe see some Christmas stuff down in the main areas. I can hope!

Have a great day, friends, think those Halloween thoughts!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Sunday! You can see that today we are standing on the door step before we enter SINGLE DIGITS on our count down to the 100 DAYS TO THE BERS milestone, which now is waiting only 10 days in the future. What will only 100 days to go feel like?

I did make a Hobby Lobby trip yesterday. I Love how much Fall/Harvest stuff there is in there. Christmas stuff on the top shelves are absolutely bursting at the seams. Like, they can't fit any more up on the top shelves, it's got to come down at any moment. I'm thinking on / around Memorial Day weekend, which is still later than I would like, but still actually ahead of last year's "schedule".

Have a great Sunday!
