Happy Welcome To November! Today folks we have 22 days remaining until Thanksgiving. What? Yes, that is the only countdown. I did not miss any. Why? Because today folks is a MILESTONE DAY. Which Milestone? We have reached the Arrival of November. Folks – When December started last year I said we had an 11-month journey back to November. And here we are starting the best month of the year. And folks our next milestone? Sit down please. It’s the Home Stretch till Thanksgiving. It’s not for 12 days still but that is crazy to think that is the next milestone. Geez. Now we move along in our Awesome Autumn with our Weekly Wednesday Poll!

- I’m going with D. I love all of it. Some who don’t love Halloween but love Thanksgiving and Christmas will have to decide do I include Halloween and select D or do I pick one over the other (B/C). That’s how I tried to mix it up today. Seriously folks November is the best month of the year. Have a great Welcome To November!

Good morning, Thanksgiving fans. My one-track mind can only embrace one holiday at a time; now that Halloween's in the rearview I'm gonna come hang out with y'all for a few weeks. Make me a place and the table and save me some white meat. I'll bring my Mom's cornbread dressing. Pecan pie over pumpkin, please. I love how the Holidays are unrolling.

Happy November 1st! This thread now takes center stage! Boy, it is so bare now. You know the big day is very close.
I will pull out my Thanksgiving playlist tomorrow on my way to work. It is a nice combo of Thanksgiving songs, fall songs, and a couple of Christmas songs thrown in.
I am pretty excited we will be putting our white light smaller tree up this weekend for the first time this early. We will be decorating it in fall color and decor to match our fall/Thanksgiving decorations in the family room until the Christmas decorations are put up black Friday. A nice Christmas/Thanksgiving tree combo.

I am going with B- Thanksgiving Day and I am especially excited that 3 weeks from it will be Thanksgiving Eve and I hope to be hosting my first Appsgiving (just having some family over for appetizers and socialization).
I think that is such a fun idea.
